    NEW TO VACATION RENTAL! In the spirit of Aloha, we welcome you and hope you enjoy the Hawaiian vacation of your dreams while residing as our guests at Kulalani at Mauna Lani 2301. This condo is a beautifully appointed and very well-maintained 2-bedroom 2-bath, 2-level, 1,331 square foot home that is located in the magnificent Mauna Lani resort, just a half an hour ride north from Kona International Airport.

    The property is gated, beautifully landscaped, and it contains a guest pass for parking in our guest parking area just a few short steps from your front door.

    Our open concept kitchen/living room/dining room features newly upgraded furnishings and artwork that were installed in September 2021. AC (set at a comfortable 72 degrees), WIFI, cable TV, and three smart TVs will provide home-like comfort for you while you relax on your vacation. A landline telephone is installed in the living room in case of an emergency, and our front door is secured by a coded key-less entry pad.

    Each of our two very spacious bedrooms includes a comfortable king-size bed, and Hawaiian style dressers and end tables. The artwork in both of our bedrooms was upgraded in September 2021. The upstairs master suite includes a very large master bath with two sinks, a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs second bedroom is privately located at the end of the hallway. In that hallway you will find a spacious linen closet, another full bathroom, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

    The kitchen is well-appointed and well-equipped with white Hawaiian bungalow style cabinets and beautiful contrasting black granite countertops. A new Bosch refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser was installed in August 2021. The other appliances (dishwasher, single oven range and microwave) are all GE Profile appliances. The kitchen contains a full array of smaller appliances, including, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig (depending on your preference), coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, and hand mixer. The breakfast bar has three very comfortable and contemporary bar stools that were installed in September 2021, as well as a new driftwood beach style dining table with seating for six that was also installed in September 2021.

    This property is well located, clean and fully equipped for eating in rather than spending an exorbitant amount eating in. Beds are very comfortable and there is very little outside noise. Master bathroom is large with a great shower. Would definitely rent this property again.

    Very well appointed home in a quiet and conveniently located neighborhood. We loved the beach gear provided. There were only 2 of us, but the home could easily fit 4 comfortably. I would definitely stay here again!

    Road, maintenance (lawn), and utilities (garbage removal, utility repair) were very disruptive and load. Home itself was as presented and in excellent shape. Everything was arranged, organized and neat. A nice surprise to find home well stocked with toiletries, paper towels, bandaides, coffee filters, etc. welcome information in property was very thorough and much appreciated.

    It was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would recommend better lighting with warm white lightbulbs as opposed to stark white.
