My family and I had a marvellous stay at the KOA resort. The condo itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property is great. The pool has varying depths which made it more fun for my son. We also used the shuffle board, ping pong table and foosball. It was nice to had other activities to do on site when the weather got cooler. Our hosts were extremely accommodating granting us a later check out time. They even left my son a birthday cookie before we arrived as we were there celebrating. Highly recommend this property for Kihei stays.

It was walking distance from a little fish pond that was perfect for your kids to swim in. Nice to be able to walk down to the beach and see the turtles beach at night.
This property was very nice and well stocked. We appreciated the large dining table and open areas.
We love staying at the KOA Resort. We had multiple family members rent their own units this time and it was wonderful! This particular unit I stayed in with my immediate family and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was reachable and responsive throughout the stay when needed. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a convenient stay. The AC units worked great, this unit is located close to the pool which was nice. Make sure you walk across the street and see the turtles at sunrise each morning.
We loved everything about our condo. We will definitely come back to stay agoun. So thankful to have found it. The response time was amazing. I couldnt believe how fast michael would respond everytime. Made the trip go by so much smoother. The kids absolutely loved that it was on the bottom floor. We can ealk out go to the pool and the kids played soccer and football on the open grass area. I would highly recommend booking you will not regret it.
This place was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great, easy to get around the island from Kihei and quick access to beaches. My kids loved the pool and walking around the pretty grounds. Micheal was quick to reply and accommodate, we asked for a broom and he swiftly delivered one. The unit is also well-stocked with beach and kitchen items. We felt very comfortable our entire stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!
This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely condo. The location within the resort is perfect for me and my grandchildren. I hope to return.
We had an amazing stay at Koa Resort 4B. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The green space off the patio was perfect for the kids to run and play. Great proximity to the pool. The kitchen and beach/pool supplies were well stocked. Lots of towels, starter packs of laundry and dish supplies etc.
We had trouble with the ice maker and Michael responded and fixed the issue immediately.
We will absolutely return and highly recommend staying here.
Amazing home away from home! Great location central to everything on Maui. This apartment provided us with everything we needed during our week long stay! Clean and comfy. Host very quick to respond and even allowed us to check out late to accommodate our afternoon flight. We will definitely stay here again!
This property is as advertised. It is well laid out and offers a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. It is centrally located and easy to access. There are all the essentials you would need for a Maui vacation in the unit, including beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The washer/dryer in the unit is a lifesaver. The actual unit's location is ideal as you do not get any traffic noise.The grounds are beautiful, with a large pool and nice hot tub, as well as tennis courts, a lounge area with BBQs, and ping pong! Michael was a great host and very responsive. When we had a small problem with one of the AC units, he came quickly and repaired it with no issue. I would happily stay in this unit again,iIt was a great experience.
My husband and our twin toddlers stayed here for two weeks. It was lovey! The unit was clean and well maintained. The dishes were nice and the pots were in good condition (not always the case with short term rentals). The resort has beautiful landscaping and was well maintained. The trees and vegetation were close to the buildings so you could sit on the patio and literally not see any other buildings! Having the ground floor was awesome for beach gear and for the kids to play in the grassy field. Lots of other kids at the complex, it was nice to see! My only negative is it’s far away from anything walking distance. The nearest restaurant area was about a 5 min drive but you couldn’t walk there if you wanted to because the sidewalk just ends and the shoulders are really narrow. Too narrow to have a stroller comfortably with the traffic.This probably wouldn’t be such an issue with older kids or no kids but I didn’t enjoy that we couldn’t just walk somewhere and always needed to drive. Other than that, it was great!
