Full A/C. This beautiful, one bedroom condo has ground floor convenience. New renovation including paint, quartz counter tops and more. Great for families with children or adults who have a little trouble getting around. The décor and king bed always gets good reviews from our guests. Beach colors and decorations highlight this condo. Steps from the beach and pool as well as our bar-be-ques. Ocean breezes cool this complex making it one of the most desirable on the island.  Certain times require minimum stay. Many Lae nani condos do not have air cond. but this one does!
Pack and Play cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis upon request....

The location of the property can’t be beat. It’s right near the beach and the grounds are beautiful. We loved the closet full of equipment for the beaches and hiking. It’s central location makes it easy to get to all the different sights in the island. Worked great for my family of 6!

Beautiful unit with picture perfect views. Unit was well equipped with everything you would need. The pool and beach were perfect for little ones. Location was close to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is updated, modern, and clean. The king size bed and two pull out beds were comfortable and adequate for our children. The location of the condo in Wailua is ideal. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and within 5 minutes of the Wailua River for kayaking, the Wailua water falls, and the Smith Family Luau. But the best part about this condo is walking out the ground level lanai to the beautiful grounds of the property and the proximity to breathtaking Lae Nani beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, snorkeling gear, and coolers are provided as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come again!

This unit was perfect for us. Everything is nicely updated and they provide anything you could want…full equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, locking safe and more. Parking is directly in front of the unit, so short walk for loading and unloading car. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is a short walk across the manicured grass to the beach. The pool is large and clean. Having there restaurant Lava Lava and the shopping within walking distance was awesome!

This place is amazing and the location is the best if you plan to explore the whole island. A/C is soooo nice to have. All the beach chairs, coolers, body boards, snorkel gear, etc. Everything you need is included. Absolutely fantastic vacation stay, this place exceeded our expectations!
