This third-floor penthouse condo is located on lush, well-manicured grounds with a heated pool adjacent to the ocean as well as a beach and a protected swim area for children. There are two large lanais, both with fantastic ocean views. The spacious interior has custom cabinets, high-end countertops, and is in the process of being redecorated in a coastal theme. What a wonderful location! Peaceful, conveniently located on the island with a beautiful view. The unit is one of the best that we have booked through VRBO. It is well planned, comfortable and has everything one may need in the kitchen. Tina and Leichtel were extremely responsive with questions. This is a great location to decompress and relax. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The property was as advertised on VRBO, frankly the photos don't do the view justice. We appreciate the full size washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen but especially the outside closet with all the things you'd need for the beach. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, at least 3 boogie boards, pool noodles, etc made the stay extra nice. I appreciate not having to buy that stuff for a trip and then see it end up in the garbage or something. The pool was nice, the beach was great and easy access to restaurants and shopping. We'd stay here again.

Property is in a great central location to get to both the north and the south. Everything was as listed but the peaceful view of the ocean may have been understated. It was fantastic. Property team was very communicative and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again.
