Kona Reef Unit A24 is a nicely appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo located downtown in Historic Kailua Village. Open the sliding glass door and let the sound of the ocean take away all of your worries and noise of the outside world! The unit has been updated with a remodeled kitchen and bath. The unit comes with a split AC system, keeping the living area and bedroom nice and cool. The complex has an elevator, minimizing the number of stairs required to traverse to get to the unit.
NEW IMPROVEMENTS: A new sliding glass door was installed in December 2022. The glass comes with UV protectant film that helps to mitigate heat from the afternoon sun. The new hardware makes the door easy to open and close. The unit has a new sleeper sofa as well, also installed in December 2022. It looks great and is super comfortable!

This was our third visit to the Big Island. This condo was in a great location and was well maintained and equipped. Beautiful views as well. thank you for a greatvacation.

This unit has obviously gone through a stem to stern, top to bottom rehab with attention to fine detail and exquisite taste with respect to paints, colors and fabrics. Appliances and utensils and a new step in tile shower
with multiple adjustable shower heads also appear to be brand new. The glass slider to the lanai is new and appears to have a glare proof finish which makes for stunning views. While the unit is three floors above the ocean, access to it from the parking lot is actually one floor down making it very convenient particularly for someone with mobility concerns. The rental agents, Tracy and Tainya, are nearby and are really focused on their guests having a smooth visit.

The condo was not only decorated exquisitely but was stocked with everything that we needed....beach towels/chairs, cooler, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, rice cooker, microwave and much more. The shower was great, bed very comfortable, and air conditioning available if we needed it. There were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. It is located right on the beach, with views of surfers both morning and night. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo
