“Kam III” is the most popular beach on Maui’s Kihei coast, whether it’s for activities like snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding, or witnessing Hawaii’s most spectacular sunsets.

This condo lies just across the street from Kamaole III Beach in Kihei, Maui. A shady, green park separates the beach from the road and has picnic tables and other amenities like playgrounds and restrooms if your family needs a break from the sun.

This newly upgraded, one-bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. It boasts a king-sized bed, a Murphy bed, and a sofa bed, as well as a well-stocked modern kitchen and washer & dryer.

Special touches like Tommy Bahama bedding ensure your comfort during your stay.

Should you bring business with you to Maui, the condo has a desk, executive chair, and monitor to keep you plugged into the outside world. And the Internet uses a mesh system to provide great access for streaming or surfing the web–after a day surfing the waves of Kam III.

Inside our condo, you’ll experience the comforts of home–when you're not venturing outside to experience the breathtaking, exotic sites of Maui.

Please remember that you need to swing by the Front Office and check in first before going to the unit.

Beach items are located in the lanai closet. The key is hanging on the key holder by the desk.

Parking Spot: 524 ; Park only in the numbered stall assigned to your unit. There are designated Visitor stalls for your visitors. Citations, vehicle boots, and towing are used to address illegally parked vehicles.

The code for the entry, pool and pedestrian gates is 7532.

Please know that you will need to supply your own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.

This is our 5th time staying at Kamaole Sands and this was by far our favorite condo yet. It was very clean, had kitchen essentials, and a closet FULL of beach items. We messaged that we couldn’t find a broom and was delivered 3 within hours! Our favorite part was the condo’s location. It is on the ground floor looking at the fountains. There is plenty of grass for the kids to play in and SO close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
