    Great place and really good location. Close to food, coffee and shopping. We used the parking here for the majority of our stay which worked great for us (USD$40 for 24hours, come and go as you like). It was also super close to pick up locations for tours when we didn’t have a car. The room is exactly what we required. The kitchen was clean and had all the comforts of home including a coffee machine. The furnishings were comfortable and modern. This room has a deck on the 35th floor providing astonishing views of the city. The hotel building has a beautiful pool and convenient laundromat and store. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so one day.

    The property itself is a little dated but the unit is tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean. The a/c is a little noisy but other than that no complaints.

    Pluses: Location was within walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The ocean view and size of the deck were great. Well stocked kitchen (no kettle but use a pan to boil water). Nice to have for some lunches and breakfasts. Spacious unit. Minuses: There was a bit of traffic noise even on the 35th floor but that's to be expected in the big city. The couch that folds down to be a bed is very uncomfortable, so I'd say best to only have someone sleeping in the bed. There were some cosmetic issues that if fixed would have made this a 5 star rating: big holes in the bathroom wall where a towel rack should be hanging, peeling laminate on the kitchen shelving, and no dishwasher. Also, there were paint cans, tiles and the vacuum stored in the closet so there wasn't anywhere to put your suitcases, which was tough for 3 people. The dresser also had a few drawers filled with extra blankets/pillows so you couldn't use the drawers. Some drawers didn't open very well. After all is said and done, would probably stay again if the cosmetic issues were fixed.

    Location is perfect. Walking distance from everything in waikiki but without the noise and the crowd. The bus stop is very close. The Appartment is clean, has everything you need and having a terrace on 35th floor is a big plus. You don't see the sunset because of a tall building right in front of the sun but the view is wonderful anyway. Especially at night.

    Great location bus stop 1 block away, 2 blocks from Waikiki main Ave Lovely view of the sea and the island Condo ammenities, it has sauna, jacuzzi, pool, cooffe shop and a mini supermarket 8am-10pm Is perfect for a couple Consergies, personnel and lei realtor very kind
