We came with our three teenagers ages 15, 14, 12. Property is in excellent condition, with great location. Facility grounds are very nice, beach access was good.

We had a great time in this unit. It was upgraded and clean. Only issue for us is we love to sleep with the doors open at night to feel the breeze. Unfortunately, we did not realize this unit was directly over the shopping area, and therefore the fans on the roof made noise all night long. Also, when sitting on the balcony at night, it was slightly distracting. As long as you keep the slider shut at night you will have no issue. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and exactly as described/shown.
