Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor at Papakea Beach Resort. Unit E201 is located in building E on the north side of this 13 acre beach front complex. It features a beautiful ocean/pool view, high-end tropical furnishings, tile floors throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with granite counters and beautiful wood cabinetry. The condo comes fully furnished with dishes, cookware, bed and bath linens, beach towels, and a beach cooler. The kitchen has a refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, full-size oven and range, coffeemaker and rice cooker. A washer and dryer is included in the condo. The bedroom features a king bed, plus there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room for a maximum occupancy of 4. A split air conditioning system cools the entire condo. Ceiling fans are featured in both the living room and bedroom for maximum comfort. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom.
Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 ocean side cabanas, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property.
Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, historical Lahaina Town, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.

We stayed two weeks in February 2023. Wonderful property. Easy walking to casual [and good!] dining, including a nearby assembly of food-trucks that offer a fine and diverse selection. Plenty of lounge chairs to set near the ocean [and, yes, one can easily spot whales spouting, even breaching occasionally]. Or lounge by the pool. The unit itself was most fine. ... Planning to return next year!

Our group of 17 just finished our stay at Bear Moon Rising and we had a MARVELOUS time! From the beginning our gracious host Jamie was in contact with us and answered every question we had. We were blown away when we got to the cabin! Something for everyone, and all of the amenities you could think of! We really had the best time and made such amazing memories. And Jamie is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of renting a VRBO through ever!

This was a great unit & property for my family. Unit was very nice & updated. Plenty of room & close to pool with a nice view of the ocean. Property manger very helpful getting us in on a last minute needed booking. Would definitely come back to this resort & unit.

We enjoyed our stay Royal Kahana. The condo was on the first which was very desirable to step out and see the beautiful view and just step away to the pool and beach. Very clean and spacious.

The property is excellent located with a convenience store just 5 min walking. Restaurants, stores, food trucks and all you need near by.
The property location within the resort is spectacular with ocean view.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Few things that could improve experience in the future. Papakea needs some sort of shade, like umbrellas and or trees. Not much shade. Also, lounge chairs were falling apart and not very many. The condo had everything we needed except maybe beach chairs. Floors were a little dirty. Everything else was in pretty good shape. Mattress was very comfortable. Thank you.

This place was amazing! Had everything we needed, get location and very clean. Always enjoy an easy checkin/out process with great communication from the host. Trip was short but well worth it…we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this unit. It was just as described and we were very happy to find the condo was supplied with beach toys, boogie board, and a golf club for the mini golf area. I contacted management with a question and they quickly replied with in minutes. Very happy with the service.
