It was very comfortable and clean…had everything we needed ! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler! Bed was very nice and had many extras in the cupboard! Would highly recommend Mike’s condo! Just do it!

Mike was a great host and the unit was comfortable and well appointed. There was an issue out of his control but he took care of it swiftly and made sure our visit was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai.

The place was super nice. Lots of little comforts of home, as opposed to hotel or timeshare places. We would definitely come back. Mike was easy to work with and replied very quickly if we had questions.

Location is close to several beaches. Cooler, chairs and umbrella provided. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Property was clean and well maintained. Great location in Princeville. Be sure to read the listing carefully as there is no A/C (which we were aware of), but the fans do a pretty good job keeping things cool. Would recommend as a home base for your north shore adventures.

The condo is really lovely. It has everything we needed and more. It was close to a nice park and trails to walk. The owner Mike was very accommodating and even came to show is how to operate the ceiling fan. Very satisfied. Thanks

ok there was no a / c unit or heater .so half a couple day go bye we . wifey call the owner all he had to say oh yes it's been colder . .

This is a beautiful area. The condo was very well equipped and we had everything we needed.Mike was available if needed and all information we needed was clearly laid out.The pool and grounds were great and kept very clean.We enjoyed our stay.
