A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools.     The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a good stay there. Wall AC is in the living room, is a bit noisy when it’s on. Do bring some ear plugs if you’re a lite sleeper.

    The bedroom can be a little warm but the a/c does the trick and you eventually get acclimated to the weather. Lanai is facing the back pool which was really convenient. The location however is not so ideal for walking to the beach. It is the farthest unit in the back and a bit of a walk to the street. Expect to get your steps in. Kamaole 2 is right across the street - which is a great beach for swimming.

    I loved that the place was really close to the beach. Like 100 meters away. There are a lot of things around the location also, smaller shops, restaurants, etc...only thing is that maybe could have been a little bit improved on is a cleaner unit upon arrival..Other than that it had everything you need from beach items to towels to kitchen ware..spacious for two people. The backyard is kinda nice too. I like it in Kihei a lot and I'm super sad to leave!

    The larger facility is located across the street from the ocean and beach. It is close to eateries and even grocery stores. The grounds are very well kept and pools are easily accessible. The check in process was quick and easy and the staff was very responsive to a few needs we had.

    This condo had everything we needed (toiletries, cookware, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc.). Also, it was in the perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. One thing to note is that the bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning so it gets pretty hot at night. Also, the bedroom faces an underground hallway so it’s pretty dark without the light on. The benefit of having the underground unit is that you get a patio so I’m happy we had that! Overall, this was a great unit and I would stay there again.
