Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I was very pleased with my accommodations, it is an older property but had updated appliances and was very clean and hospitable. The view was fantastic and it was very affordable

Great view, great walking beach.
You can hear a bit of street noise, otherwise very very nice view! There is very limited shade, so just beware of that!
