The location is phenomenal if you love the beach and beautiful sunsets. The Condo Liaison, Paul Tucker, was very helpful and provided us with the answers to our many questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you enjoy an area that's great for shopping, dining, or just relaxing. There is parking available across the street from the hotel if you choose to rent a car during your stay. Be aware, there is very minimal parking in front of the Condo main office. There is also a very very steep driveway to enter this place and because of it's location (at a 3-way traffic signal), it can be difficult to get in and out in a car of any size. That's a minor technicality and it won't ruin your stay at this place.
The property was beautifully renovated and well-appointed with very nice kitchen and bathrooms (smart toilets were a pleasant surprise). The property is easy walking distance to beach, great restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely return!

Our condo exceeded our expectations. It was so nicely furnished and supplied with the best possible. We were very comfortable. The view and access to the beach was excellent The manager and housekeeping was very accommodating. We highly recommend this unit and management company to anyone
This condo is absolutely stunning!! Brand new, remodeled, very clean, and convenient to everything! The views were also amazing. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone going to Waikiki beach, we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week. It was a perfect location to everything in wikiki. Direct beach access and an amazing view. You can tell when the owner renovated they went for quality. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in and they kindly had essentials for more than just one day: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, pods and full size bathroom items. The accordion doors were hard to beat and they nicely added the partition for the second bedroom that not only gave the condo character but made it look bigger and then in the evening gives the guest privacy. While the outside of the building is nothing to write home about you won’t be disappointed with this unit!Would stay there again!

This rental was great and the location even better. This condo was great and wonderful in the sense of condition, the beds, bathrooms, the kitchen etc. All the amenities were wonderful.
My only complaint is there is no gym access. Other than that no complaints.
Excellent location right on the beach and walking distance to all the night life and restaurants of Waikiki. Would recommend this apartment for couples or small family.
An apartments is clean and beautiful. Has a lot of space for family of 4: two bedrooms and a living room. Kitchen is good equipped. There is almost everything you need in the place. I just would add a middle size drying rack for swim suits. We had to dry them on lanai chairs as they don't like a dryer) Beach chairs and umbrella - rent on the beach right near the building. Convenient.
Precaution: closet doors in master bedroom and bathroom doors are heavy and quick. It is not bad. Just be aware. My teen hurt his hand in 1st day with a heavy closet door and it was painful for 2 days. But no complains to the owner. Just precaution.
The view from every room and especially from lanai is gorgeous: sunsets, ocean, evening city lights, everything. Not so crowded like other locations nearby. Not much city noise at night like sirens or roads. Walking distance to another resorts, restaurants, ABC stores and shops. The building has private access to the beach and private shower near the entrance. Off site parking right across the street was convenient. We use it for rented car. Building has very good security. All entrances are gated with key fob access. Property manager Paul is friendly, positive and very helpful. He replied my rare calls very quickly. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We just didn't ask how to use the door lock from outside but figured it out by ourselves))
Excellent location in between two large resorts. Great access to beach and lovely view of the ocean. The beach is a bit rocky immediately behind the building but walking in either direction you can avoid the worst of it.

This is a beautiful property with every comfort. Very clean and spacious. Easy check in process. You could stay on the lanai your entire visit and be happy. The view and people watching is spectacular. Best location/building in Waikiki. If you want space, privacy and luxury with all the comforts of home this is your place. Off property parking is not an issue and is actually easier to get in and out of than the building garage.
Very convenient location. Parking included across the street. Access to beach chairs great. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance! Excellent all around.
We’ve been to Oahu numerous times and had a very high mark of what we were looking for in terms of accommodations and this place hit them all; location on the beach (just an elevator ride downstairs), full kitchen, two bathrooms, walkable location to Waikiki restaurants, included parking, a beautiful oceanfront view.
We were so incredibly happy with our stay and our hosts. We hope to be back soon!

This unit was amazing. Everything was top of the line and well furnished. There were beach supplies for our use and basics to get us started. The star of the show is the beautiful view from the lanai of the coastline and sunset. The property is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and of course ABC stores to pick up supplies. Paul is a great host and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a family of 5 stay at this condo. We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and bright. It is right on the water and the free parking was very nice, as we had a rental car to do our excursions. Paul (the property manager) met us on the first day and was very approachable.
