The stay was just alright, but there were some disappointments. I got a text right before we arrived saying "I will be assisting you throughout your stay. Please feel free to text your questions regarding your stay here!"I reached out asking about extra sheets and was told I would hear back soon. I followed up and still never heard back. If you are going to text me offering to help out, the least you can do is actually respond to your guest's questions.Along with that, we found about 6 cockroaches and lots of other little bugs throughout our stay. I understand bugs are just a reality when you're in Hawaii, but this place had more than we've ever experienced in four years of visiting Kauai. The extra fans they had in the closet were super rusty, but it was so hot we ended up using them. No A/C in this unit - which we knew beforehand. Still, be warned if you're looking in July, the fans don't do much to cool this unit down in our experience. Lastly, this place just didn't feel very clean. The floors were a little sticky, sheets felt dirty when we showed up, and the bathroom seemed like it has been cleaned quickly, but had not been deep cleaned for quite a while. I would not come back to stay here personally or recommend it to a friend.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this unit. It's spacious and equipped with everything you'd need for a great vacation. It was very clean and updated with nice art work. The kitchen had all the dishes, utensils , pots and pans -- better equipped than most units we've rented in the past. One great thing about it was that it was truly a ground floor unit, with no stairs, which was great for us as we have bad knees. Last year we stayed in a unit that was advertised as a ground floor and technically it was, but you had to walk down and up several steps to get to the front door. The grounds were amazing. It felt like you were in a botanical garden. We had a wonderful time. We've been to Kauai many times, and I think this was the best unit we've stayed in. Mahalo!
It was a great location - close to a lot of things. There weren’t a lot of things (like paper towels and dish soap/scrubber) that we could have used but it had the necessities. The little patio out back was nice. There were plenty of fans to make up for not having A/C. Check in/out was super easy and we didn’t have any problems while there.
It was exactly what we needed. Clean,quiet, and peaceful. Centrally located. Close to beaches and restaurants. Convenient to explore the whole Island.
The home was clean, roomy, and very comfortable and relaxing. Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The Wednesday Farmer's Market displayed fantastic local produce.
My husband, son and I stayed three nights here. Check-in went smoothly and we were provided with great info. The place was a little outdated and met most of our needs except for the pull out couch did not have any designated linens. We searched around through closets and drawers that night and found a set of king sheets which we placed and then we had to use towels as a top blanket. I reached out to the manager many times and asked to have some blankets brought by. Response time was hours later each time I attempted to connect with someone. Finally our last night somebody brought one and just hung it on the outside of the entry door.This situation was frustrating during our whole stay leaving a sour taste in our mouths. It could've been much better if our simple request and need had been attended to. any linens

Spent almost a week here with my son and we had a great stay. The location is wonderfully convenient to shops and the beach. There is a very nice pool in the complex as well. I love how private it feels even though there are many other units around. I would definitely come back.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, quiet and nicely located. The property is nicely landscaped and well kept. The passes to the Athletic Club was a great bonus. We would recommend a car if staying at this location. Quick drive to the beaches and Athletic Club.
Had a great time at this property in Poipu. Location was excellent, close to Poipu beach! Loved the pool and ample parking. The unit was nicely updated and we greatly appreciated that there was a washer/dryer and beach chairs for us to borrow. A few things could be improved upon: overall cleanliness (the rug in the living room was quite gross), the bed is hard and slanted significantly, and the washer/dryer should be updated (particularly the washer which got some rust on the towels we washed)
Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was in great location. We also enjoyed the pool and athletic club access. Simply wonderful!

Everyone At Poipu 365 was absolutely amazing and accommodating. If we had any issues, they immediately resolved the issue for us. We had a minor maintenance circumstance arise and Poipu 365 team handled it quickly. The team even went as far as to make alternate arrangements for us in case it could not be resolved quickly. My family loved the Unit and will book here again on our next trip. Poipu 365 is the best and you will not go wrong booking with them!

Lovely room, very quiet, sounds of Waikomo Stream, sleeping there was wonderful. All amenities provided thoughtfully! Had a great family reunion meal by the pool. Great grills and ambience. We loved it there and want to come again. As a Kaua’i resident who lives just up the road, I’ve now found the perfect place to house family and friends who love to visit us!!!❤️

Our experience with Poipu 365at Waikomo streams was flawless. From reservations to payment to check in and check out super easy. a couple minor things came up in our two weeks stay and Poipu 360 was there right away.The condo was super clean, spacious quiet and centrally located. Definitely recommend Poipu 365 and the unit Waikomo stream.

Overall, I would not recommend this unit to anyone until the owners make some long overdue investments in the unit to make it actually comfortable to stay in.
We are typically fine with older Hawaiian/tropical furnishings in units as long as we have somewhere clean and comfortable to rest at night. However, this unit feels dark and dingy. Several things were borderline broken (e.g., kitchen sink, living room chair). The mattress was very old and very uncomfortable - we slept terribly. The couch is a bench with a worn out pad - also very uncomfortable. The mauve pink carpet is stained and kinda gross (esp. given you take your shoes off inside in Hawaii!). The owner desperately needs to upgrade these basic things to make the unit comfortable and welcoming to guests.
It felt like the cleaner was in a rush. They forgot to clean the bathroom sink and there were cobwebs (w/bugs) in more than one corner of the unit. This wouldn't have been a big deal but compound with the above mentioned issues.
The good thing about the unit is its location. The lanai is lovely and backs up to the creek and you are a short drive/walk from the beach, restraunts and shopping. The access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club thanks to the property management company was a highlight.
This property was quite nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was clean on the surface but wasn't nook and crannie clean. I would highly recommend this space for a family of 4 with the space and location. You can walk to several beaches and shopping areas. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as the outside animals are very active and loud in the night and early morning 😄

The chickens and parrots provide what we felt was a special island experience. The unit itself is nice and spacious and is well equipped for staying in, cooking and going to the beach. The unit does show its age and would benefit with some general maintenance and some upgrading.

We loved the lush and large greenery and trees all around the property and the proximity to the Koloa landing. Would not want to stay here again because the pool closes 30 min after sunset. We never got to use the pool. Big thumbs down there. The couch cushions were hard as rocks and no amount of adding pillows helped. Big thumbs up on 4 beach chairs, a cooler, beach mats and fins in the sand closet. If it weren’t for the pool, would stay here again. Lots of built-ins to unpack your clothes and bathroom items. Ample parking.
