Our family travelled from Brisbane and Auckland for our holiday to celebrate my grandsons 21 st. Check in was good with communication through email with door code etc. Apartment was just as seen in photos. The shower handle came off when turned, and the ranch slider to deck was stiff and hard to slide. I messaged manager and then my family went out for a walk. The amenities were perfect and the location was also! We actually had a really great view from our balcony of the fireworks they had for the Honolulu festival. A great location for food and beach! The coffee shop in the hotel is really great and has excellent lemonade! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioner was great!

I’d give it 99% of satisfaction. 1% was held because the sharp corners of bed frame drawers are extrusive that our feet have bumped into them a few times and bled a little. Everything else is perfect!

This property is just like it is listed. The unit is comfy and clean. The views are spectacular as you can see the ocean easily. Eating on the balcony was an enjoyable treat. Laundry is at the end of the hall for use.
