This property put me near everything we wanted to do and see. Room to gather and enjoy the pool, golf, and tennis without annoying tourists everywhere.
Very clean and kept. Walking distance to the golf course, tennis/pickleball and of course the property pool.
We love the location and specifically wanted to be in this area. Loved the residential setting. Felt like home and not a tourist. Much quieter and had nice home touches not found in hotels or resorts. We will definitely stay here again. The quirky toilets did drive us nuts but a very minor inconvenience.
WiFi instructions sent via e-mail were not correct but after finding instructions in the condo, WiFi worked fine. Windows and sliding doors on lanai were very dirty. Hot water in 2nd bathroom did not work. But overall, it was fine.

Although the carpet has been mentioned in other reviews, I had hoped it would have been replaced or deep cleaned. It was not so it was a real downside to this property. The beds are comfortable. Two of us golf and liked the course.

Two of us golf and liked the course.
We love the location of Waikoloa Fairways and the layout of the Condo. Vacasa was responsive to my concerns.

Dirty windows, dirt in nooks and corners and vents. Infested with mice, insects and ants. Old appliances and bad quality cookware.
Pluses - good location, bed was comfortable, unit was spacious, had beach toys and equipment for kids.
We had a short but busy stay and this was the perfect landing spot for our family to see everything on that side of the big island!

The price you pay for service fee and then there’s a $100 application fee it’s all ridiculous. I don’t think it was worth it. There are better places to stay without the additional fees.
This is a spacious and nicely equipped condo! We loved the large master bedroom, double closet and master bathroom. The master bathroom has a jetted tub as well as a shower stall. We also appreciated the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The condo also came with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and beach towels. The glass enclosed lanai has a sink, small fridge, chaise lounges and dining table. Renters have access to a pool area near the condo as well as the large community pool that has lanes for lap swimming. The only negative about this condo is that you have to hold down the handle when you flush the toilets.

Most inside the unit was clean. But carpets were very dirty and needs to be shampooed. The sliding glass doors needed to be cleaned badly. Some kitchen appliances were not working and left in the unit.
We loved the entire stay in C119. It was a quiet condo. Easy access to everything the island has to offer. Enjoyed the golf course and the pool. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The complex is really quiet and the pool was not crowded.
Kitchen was clean, stovetop and oven could use an upgrade but worked just fine.
The lanai is all enclosed with windows and doors so no personal outdoor space but it was spacious. We enjoyed our week here at this condo, beaches are only about 10 minutes down the road. Grocery and gas close to condo.
The condo is real nice. Plenty of room with some privacy as well. It’s along hole one of the golf course but was surprisingly quite. The condo had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. We cooked a lot at the condo and it had all the utensils we needed. There’s 2 grills at the pool area and hardly ever waited for them. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great when needed during the daytime. We loved the location with the golf course and pools being right there. Several local beaches are about a 10-15 minute drive each. There’s a local grocery store 5 minutes away and a Costco located in Kona (25-30 minute drive). Only drawbacks on the condo were that there were sugar ants. Keep the counters clean! The toilets take a little extra effort to flush. You have to hold the handle down a few seconds to get a good flush. And finally the parking spot for the condo is a little tight getting into to. You might have issues with a big truck. All in all we loved the condo and definitely would stay again!
