27th floor AC studio with 2 full beds, small kitchenette and at the doorstep of Ala Moana Shopping Center, close by the beach. Thanks to panoramic windows and lanai, you can enjoy magnificent city and ocean views.
Feel just like at home, whether it comes down to cooking your favorite snacks at the kitchenette small yet with everything you might need or resting in one of the super comfortable full beds (you will appreciate it after a full day of new experiences). On the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views of the whole Waikiki and amazing ocean. Did we mention there is also a bathtub in the studio? But if it is not enough. The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island. All within a couple of minutes by foot.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in August 1st, Complete in November 18th, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was great unit, clean & comfy, fantastic view. My low star rating is for being super stingy, ONE roll toilet paper for a 3nt stay. Mostly, my complaint is for Lei management Co. Received 2 emails EVERY DAY, sometimes 3 as "reminders" prior & during our visit, incredibly annoying!! When I called a day prior to our chk-out asking for 30 min late chk-out & connected w/ a human rather than a robot, it was NOT professional at all.I would stay this hotel again but not if Lei was managing the unit.

Room was very clean. Nice city/ocean view from private terrace. Very quiet. Check in was super easy. The hotel pool is by far one of the nicest that I have been to on Oahu. Not crowded, and no fee cabanas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: チェックインの時はホテルの手違いで時間がかかり、手間取った上に何の説明もなく、理由を聞いても答えようとはせずに最後は早く行けとばかりに手で追い払うような仕草で最悪なスタートでした。それ以外は本当に大満足で、来年もきっと使わせてもらうと思います。

If this is your first time in Oahu or Hawaii in general, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Like many have stated previously, the location is absolutely worth it. The Ala Moana Center has everything you could possibly need for your stay. And Lei Hawaii Realty was great to deal with. I was a bit nervous about the booking process since I was flying from the opposite side of the country. But they were very helpful every step of the way. Also forgot to mention…The lobby of the hotel has a Starbucks, which was a BIG selling point for me!

Reviewer Comments: It was easy getting the key for the room which was already know and found slippered were prepared in the room nice.The Ala Moana Hotel is connected to the Shopping Centre, convenient going shopping and to bring take out foods to the room which has microwave and a kettle. It was nice dishes are equipped, paper towel, dish soap & sponge. It would be better if the resort fees are not included as we never go to the swimming pool area.

Everything was smooth, affordable and clean. The only negative thing was the patio door has a stop that does not allow you to open the door and go out on the balcony.

We appreciate the cleanliness of the room, it was good to have a fridge and a vaccum cleaner. We will book again.
