Fully remodeled in September 2021, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.
Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.
After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.
A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

Beautifully remodeled condo on the beach. Very clean ( and I am picky).Everything here for an awesome beach stay. Perfect view of ocean and the humpback whales!! We will be back!

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect location with a beautiful view. Plenty of kitchen items to cook or serve as needed. Bed was very comfortable. To our surprise, the other people staying in the building were friendly and seem to all know each other! This was a plus!

PERFECT location in Kihei, but just outside of the super busy section. Walkable to so much. Easy parking, easy check in. Condo is beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need - beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, extremely clean. Lanai was perfect for sunsets, even saw several whales. Will definitely be back!

The property is just as pictured. The sunset and views from the balcony were our favorite. Beautifully renovated with nice touches throughout. There were even beach chairs/snorkel gear/coolers/etc on the balcony which made beach days a breeze. There are also posted quiet hours, which most people adhere to, but if you're late sleepers you'll definitely hear doors slamming/people (children) walking by the unit to use the stairs. My only wish was that there was in-unit laundry, but no matter, they had community washer and dryers on the ground floor for $5 a load and laundry detergent/softener at $1 each (quarters only & no machine). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
