The overall stay was great. Renovations are well done. We had an unwelcome knock on our door stating our room was leaking downstairs and told us to not shower. The owner is in a 6 hour ahead time zone, therefore, during my honeymoon I was unable to shower for over 24 hours. Once the plumber showed he said shower we will fix it when your gone, very frustrating. The owners wife does not appear to have authority to make decisions so that was frustrating as well. The unit is very clean and comfortable minus the couch it is horrible uncomfortable. We ended up having to purchases batteries for the door lock that needs some love and we had to purchase toilet paper as only one roll was left. This is my 5th stay at AKS and this room is the most beautifully renovated and hearing the ocean all night was amazing. So overall great VRBO just think they have some kinks to workout. As a previous short term rental owner myself, I would highly recommend they have someone on the island that can make decisions on their behalf for the convenience of the renter. Would stay again.
This place was great, clean, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a fun vacation. We were traveling with an infant under two and the property had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. Incredibly impressed and would recommend.
This condo had it all. There was everything you could imagine that you might need. The view was spectacular from this condo. Spent many hours on the balcony throughout our stay. Restaurant on site and several others at Whalers Village within a ten minute drive. Pools are amazing and the grounds are well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent two weeks here and enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the whales. It was peaceful and relaxing.
Walked into a beautiful, welcoming condo… view from balcony was great! Everything needed was available – from boogie boards to tools!Large fridge, plenty of towels, loved being able to wash and dry personal laundry with supplies included. Walking distance to several beaches, food trucks in evening, groceries, lovely new bakery, 2 on site pools, ball courts, shops… owners have supplied EVERYTHING and decor/organization of condo is exceptionally well done!! We had family members in 2 other condos in same building who were very very envious of ours!! Would definitely come back!
We stayed a week in the condo and it was perfect. The listing describes the property exactly. The rental was equipped with anything you could possibly need. The location is on the quiet side which was very nice. All you could hear was the ocean waves. We cannot wait to stay again.

We were thrilled with our stay! Your condo had everything needed for the stay and then some. You really thought of it all! It had everything near as well from a supermarket to restaurants, shaved ice and the food truck park! The experience was awesome and we would recommend to anyone to stay at your condo and we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
We loved staying here! The condo is beautiful, great kitchen and master shower, comfy beds, wonderful new sliding doors that let the outdoors in so you can feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves. So many extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel masks, box fan, yoga mats, kettle ball and every possible small kitchen appliance. Tons of dishes and great cooking and bakeware. The pools are great and we saw numerous whales from the beach. Bring your binoculars although they do supply a pair! You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here!
Room was great and resort was perfect for our wedding group! Close enough to hear the ocean waves with the patio doors open. If you have more than two, just be aware that the bathroom access is through the master bedroom. Highly recommend!

Our stay here overall was great! The online listing and pictures are very accurate and it had everything we needed plus some. We encountered a few small issues and tried to reach the host, but nothing that impacted our stay negatively overall.

This place was awesome. Pictures are spot on. Condo was spacious and extremely clean. Bed was great. Kitchen was fully equipped. TV is huge in bedroom and living room. View is breathtaking! Everyone working at the resort was very friendly. Pools were great and the restaurant was actually very good and reasonable. I would recommend this place.
We had a wonderful stay, the condo was comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean and user friendly. The grounds were well kept and the pool provided plenty of relaxation with wonderful views of the whales and spectacular sunsets that West Maui is known for. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Easy bring only your clothes, this unit equipped with everything you need. Well layed out all updated great shower instant hot water. I seriously cannot believe how well equipped the condo was. Would definitely recommend

The space is cute and updated. It has a great view of the ocean. It has so many things you will need to do on the beach. We used snorkel gear. It includes everything you need to cook if you’re planning on that. The location is close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend.
