We had everything we needed for our visit.
Right in front of a beautiful beach. Our two bedroom two bath was great for the 5 of us. Quick drive to food and shops as well.
Nice condo, small but worked fine for 5 adults. Great location, close to everything. Saw whale from balcony. Negative; floors could have been cleaner and had kissing bugs in bed. That is why 4 stars.
The condo was dated but it worked. The bathroom shower in the second bedroom didn’t work at all. I had to shower in the primary bedroom. There was only one beach chair and two beach towels for our 10 day stay. It would have been nice to have a sun umbrella for the beach as shade can be hard to find.
We loved our stay here. The location is excellent - right on a beach that is great for walking and watching the sunset - and close to downtown with restaurants, shops and beaches. The view from the lanai is just what we wanted - a great view of the ocean. The property was supplied with all the basic and included some beach gear. (Note: there is one chair but it is a lawn chair, not a beach chair.) awe we’re happy with our stay here!
We liked the location. Very close to the Beach. The Home had all the things that you need on a beach vacation.

We loved being centrally located on the island for daily adventures. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us and great for early morning walks on the beach.

We loved the location of this condo. We have never stayed in Kihei before, but we loved it & look forward to returning to this fun, laid-back beach town. We typically stay in Lahaina. We are heartbroken for all those who have lost their loved ones & properties in the devastating fires on 8/8/23! We weren't sure if we should be coming to visit this year, but decided we wanted to support this beautiful island & it's locals, to whom we have been visiting for the past 27+ years. The property is in a great location right off of South Kihei Road. You can walk for miles on the beaches right out in front of the condo. We went for walks on the beach every day if not twice a day. We saw sea turtles resting on the beach & the rocks on most days during our walks (make sure to stay at least 10 ft away from them so you don't disturb them). We saw whales breaching from the lanai. We just wished there were binoculars in the condo to see them a little better. The condo is well appointed with an updated kitchen, new(er) appliances. It's so nice to have two bathrooms so each couple has their own to use. Vacasa was wonderful with all their correspondence & quick responses to texts. They provide you with a very nice gift bag full of island-inspired goodies. There are just a few aesthetic updates that can be done, but nothing that hampers the stay. It's a great option for families or couples.
The space was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we could possibly need. Would recommend and would stay there again!
