We had a wonderful 13 night stay recently. The condo was beautiful as seen in the pictures. It was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. We have stayed in condos here before but this was our favorite. Enjoyed the view and proximity to the pool and grills. The location of the condo complex is great- close to the beach, shops, food etc. We also like that it’s close to Wailea as well. I would highly recommend staying in this condo .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo in South Maui.
Location was great, one block from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping.
View from the balcony is wonderful and the complex is very nice. Wonderful landscaping in the complex, convenient layout and amenities.
Check in was seamless, condo was as advertised and pictures are accurate.
The included accessories, such as beach towels, wave boards, beach chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. Removed our need to buy or rent those items.
Wonderful condo for families, couples, or business trip.
Will stay here if we get a chance to visit Maui again.
Enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and just as it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor space that overlooked the pool. It was also nice to have chairs, wagon, and sand toys provided.

The condo was a great place to relax and enjoy the island. The accommodations were very good although there was an issue with the cooktop that was remedied quickly. Beach gear ready to go was a big plus for us as Kamaole beach is just across the street. The host was quick to respond to request. It’s also a great location to go explore the island and close to food trucks and restaurants. So much better than a resort for our family of four.
Our family consisting of 4 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our 14 night stay over Christmas and New Years. As advertised the condo is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels and beach toys. The condo is beautiful and decorated in a beach theme. We utilized the large lanai daily. The location was excellent giving us quick access to beaches, shops and restaurants as well as other parts of the island. Kamaole Sands grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We really appreciated late check out accommodation as we had a late flight. We would highly recommend this condo!

Very spacious updated condo. It was very clean except small ants in upstairs bath. Hot tub was not hot at all. Had all we needed for our stay including beach toys, chairs and boogie boards.

We’ve rented in Kamaole sands a number of times, but this was hands down the best condo we’ve stayed at. It was well equipped, spacious and comfortably slept 4 adults and a child. We loved the large lanai and close proximity to the pool. It’s also right across the street from Kam III. The heat pump helped keep the place comfortable during the day, but honestly we didn’t come to Maui to be inside!I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks again to PMI for being a great and responsive host!

Great condo at the Kamaole Sands. Convenient location across from Kam 3 beach. Kitchen is well stocked and there's everything you need for the beach, including a wagon to haul your stuff across the street. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs on the property.

The property was Exactly as described. My whole family looked through hundreds of condos and all agreed on 6-407. From the moment we walked in we were happy. Property was clean, and spacious. Well stocked with beach supplies, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies. Appliances all on the newer side and working. Great location to pool , beach , parking and bbq(which we did not use). Hosts were communicative and so so nice. So helpful as our visit was unfortunately disrupted by the fires on the west side. Definitely recommend!!

The condo was beautiful and a perfect place to stay for our baby girl’s beach wedding. The spiral staircase was perfect for the bride in her gown.
It was well equipped and had everything you would need. Two of the best items were the lighted makeup mirror and nail polish remover!
Also it had everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach.
We loved it and would stay there again!
My family of 4 and I had the BEST stay at this Condo. This condo is true luxury. It's spacious, it's clean and the beds are divine! It made our first trip to Maui so comfortable because it had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and cooler. We used it all and it was so convenient. The location is also great. Easy to get to everywhere on the island. We loved Foodland, which was about 5 minutes away. Best Poke in town! The Beach was also a 5 minute walk and it had great snorkeling! Don't hesitate to book this place. We will definitely stay here again.

My family spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautifully updated condo. The condo is clean, well stocked and located overlooking the pool area. The large island was perfect for food prep and seating. The large refrigerator allowed us to stock up for our stay and the wine fridge was an extra bonus!! The condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, toys and wagon to get everything to the beach. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands at least a dozen years and this was our favorite. Matt at PMI Maui is always great to work with.

Kam Sands 6-407 was everything promised and more. My family if 5 loved the spaces. Enough room for everyone. Particularly loved the lanai and kitchen. The beach toys were welcomed and used! If I had a problem, PMI was very attentive. Location was great gif beach access. Loved our stay
This unit is in a large complex of buildings all with multiple units. But we never had an issue with crowds or noise. Kamaole Sands is just across the street from a great beach. Plenty of shops close by and long trails/streets to run or bike on. Great place!
