This meticulously cleaned, well-stocked home features comfortable beds with fine linens, smart tvs, with cable, and the best possible high speed WIFI is provided by the local cable company, Spectrum Cable, to create an outstanding environment for an intimate group to gather.
With beautiful ocean and golf course views from its second floor, this spacious custom designed home boasts a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with a propane cooktop, indoor dining , comfortable beds, fine bed linens, television, and high speed WIFI.
Two half baths - one up and one down - are added conveniences, with the outdoor shower near the swimming pool to rinse off the beach sand.
The home's swimming pool and BBQ area is private and relaxing, and is beautifully maintained and accented with tropical landscaping and lava rock walls. The swimming pool's waterfall feature is set on a timer and runs from 11am to 4pm daily.
Located near Poipu white sand beaches, restaurants and shops, this well appointed home features two living areas - one up and one down - to gather comfortably, or to read and work solo.
The laundry room is where you will find the beach towels. Laundry soap provided.
On-site parking for two vehicles in the private driveway near the front entry.
NEW: Our Dolphin House includes access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which offers a swimming pool with waterslide, tennis and pickleball courts, a weight room and a cardio room for your use and enjoyment.
GUEST NOISE NOTE: Guests will be expected to adhere with the neighborhood association's firm quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and a reasonable noise policy between 7 am and 10 pm. Would this arrangement work for you? If so, you are welcome to make a reservation for up to 8 adults only.

The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. The pool was amazing! Having access to the athletic club was a nice bonus. The golf course was beautiful. The views from the deck were amazing. I do agree with one of the other reviews regarding the the bathrooms( shower valves could use some TLC) . As well as one of the BBQs needing TLC. The host was great with responding to the small issues and any questions. Overall best stay ever hands down! You do not want to pass in this place! Would love to stay here again!!

Our stay at the Dolphin House was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (enough rooms/beds for our family, supplies, pool towels, beach items, etc.). The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the shopping center and a short drive to other shopping and Poipu Beach. We loved the pool and the fountain/waterfall that turned on each day.
Beds were comfortable and there are a lot of places to kick back and relax.
We did have a few minor issues while we were at the property and the property management company was very responsive. Nothing that impacted our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an unbelievably spectacular property. Huge house. Wrap around deck. Massive kitchen all overlooking the golf course with partial views of the ocean. The 800 sq foot pool in the back was a big hit with my boys and may for a great way to end a beach or adventure day with a dip in the pool and a cold beer or glass of wine. Pure heaven! Grills in back were perfect for cooking steaks or fish that we caught. We felt like we never had to leave to go out to eat as the house and amenities were so fabulous! There were plenty of beach chairs and boggy boards to take down to the beach which was only a 1/2 mile away!!! Golf course was beautiful, fun to play and easy to get a tee time - vacation of a lifetime for us!!! Only thing I will mention is the waterfall and dolphin fountain in the pool are in a timer that runs from 11:00am to 4:00 pm. We missed enjoying this many days because we were at the beach on an adventure tour on the island. It would be great if it ran for a longer period of time in the morning, or from 8:00-10:00 am then maybe in the afternoon/evening from 3:00-6:00 pm so we could enjoy it more when we were at the house. But otherwise totally recommend staying here at this fabulous home!!!! Thanks for letting us be spiked and enjoy your home! Hoping to come back again someday!!!!!

Second time at this house, hopefully it will not br our last. We love it. Dolphin house is a Beautiful home, with all amenities, great beds and one amazing pool. Plenty of room for 5 people— Hard to beat for location and its top quality. Thank you again!

We loved this home. We spent the Christmas & New Years here with grandparent to grandchildren. Location was close to everything we needed, there was plenty of room to spread out if we wanted, a large living area to gather as a family and the deck & pool were welcomed after a day of activity. Would come back if we visit Kauai again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Kiahuna Village property. The pool resembles a tropical resort pool and accommodates the entire family quite comfortably.
The upstairs great room and kitchen area are perfect for family time and the view from the wrap around lanai is perfection.
