Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very roomy, lots of beach chairs, etc. great area to stay, beautiful views! Only downside is to park in garage, kinda tight, if you have 2 cars! No on street parking.

The view from the lanai (back porch) was amazing. Overlooking the golf course, mountains and a beautiful waterfall. The house was clean and seemed to be a recent build. Location for a north shore stay was very good.

Pictures don’t do justice. This place is spacier than what it looks like on line. There was always someone within reach and that always makes a vacation better knowing you can contact someone and they will reach you quickly.
People complain of traffic but it didn’t wake any of us up.
Thank you for allowing us to make memories as a family.

This is a nice and very well appointed townhouse in Princeville, our family really enjoyed it. Comfy beds, modern furnishings, great amenities. Lovely mountain view from the private back balcony, you could even see waterfalls in the mountains after rains. The pool and spa are really nice, and there's a big shallow section of the pool for the littles to splash around in. The unit was also very quiet which is something we enjoy about visiting Kauai, however, there's a somewhat busy (for Hawaii) road behind the balcony, so if you're sensitive to that bring some headphones for sitting out there. Our only real complaint is as another reviewer mentioned, the microwave is really funky, hopefully they'll update it soon or at least post instructions for how to use it properly.

This is a great spot in Princeville. The unit is in excellent shape and very well-equipped with beach equipment, kitchen supplies (including a Vitamix which is perfect for smoothies) and a crib. The view off the porch is of the mountains and golf course, and the pool isn't too far away. There is lots of space to spread out. The only consideration is that it is right next to a main road, so you definitely hear traffic noise on that side of the unit (which includes the master bedroom and porch). Highly recommend, especially for families!
