7/15 - Building renovation work from now until September 2023. Carpet replacement, repairing the guardrails on each floor, repairing the roof and painting. Please expect a lot of noise throughout the day, Mon-Fri from 8:30am-4:30pm. Excluding Holidays and Weekends.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well maintained with a small private beach. Wonderful views, crystal clear water, turtles, whales & hawaiian monk seals - all in your “backyard.” The unit was as described, although the seating area was very narrow. The bed was comfortable, but it was a queen mattress in a very large king sized bed frame. The shower temperature was very difficult to adjust. Rental company was very responsive to our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed every moment of it, aside from not A/C the place has zero faults. It’s quiet, homey, great decor, location you can’t beat. So kinda hard to not wanna turn it into a full time gig. But then you realize your on vacation and you’ll have a hefty fee to pay if you miss that flight lol would def come back.
