Waikoloa boasts sunny days while the views from E304 never cease to amaze! As you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from your (381 square feet ) large lanai, you will have great views of the Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) and Hualalai Mountain (another currently dormant volcano).
This region of the Kohala Coast enjoys the best weather on the islands with average of ONLY 9 inches of rain annually. Temperatures commonly max around 83 degrees F (27C) Sept-May, and 86 degrees F (29C) June-August.
Stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top-floor ocean view unit that is protected by the winds, while you nap on the double-hammock (or loungers) with ocean views too! The Vistas are a most convenient place to stay with less than 8 minute walk to the beach or nearby bar/restaurants (closest one located next door).
This master-planned luxury resort has the King's Course originally designed by Robert Trent Jones, JR., is now converted to three nine-hole courses while the Vistas is situated next to the Lakes Golf Course. Across the street is Anaeho'omalu Bay ('A-Bay') located between the Marriott and Hilton Waikoloan Hotels. "Lava Lava" Beach Bar, located nearby, is a fabulous place for a glass of wine or Mai Tai. Sign up for the Dolphin Encounter, Whale Watch Cruises, or stroll the Hilton hotel gardens and take a tram or boat ride. The 'A-Bay' is great for snorkeling (in the mornings) and viewing sea turtles from the beach or in the water!
Our top-floor unit has fabulous views of 'A Bay'! A hammock on the lanai is wonderful for a quick nap, while the loungers are perfect for a coffee or wine. The apartment has many original pieces of art-oils and watercolors from local artists.

Great location, Wonderful view and the lanai was so relaxing. Loved watching the sunsets from there. Nice pool and short walk to shops and beach. Lovely hosts.

This condo was better than all of our expectations. We were blown away with the layout out, decor, balcony and vicinity was a wonderful location. We would love to stay here again.

A very nice condo complex with beautiful views from the large lanai,.
Located in a great spot in the Waikoloa area with every kitchen amenity,beach chairs, snorkels, coolers,etc.

We had a great stay in this unit at the Vista Waikoloa. The condo was well maintained and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. It felt homey with plenty of books to read and games to play - very nice. The view of A-Bay from the lanai is great and it was also nice to see the stars at night. We have stayed in a few other units there and this one might have just become my favorite! I hope to return. I enjoy the pool and grounds - we even spotted a wild turkey this trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely space.

Wonderful apartment with thoughtful details (beach chairs, towels, guide books, games) made for a very relaxing stay. Great view, breezy with lots of light, needed AC only for a few hours. Very accessible to beach and local restaurants. A bit of a drive to Kailua-Kona, but that might be what some want. Prompt and courteous communication from owner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and had a nice large balcony. We got to use the beach bags that were provided, beach chairs and umbrella (which was a must for us), cooler and beach toys. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions.
The only minor thing was trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher, as there was a timer set. But we got it to work after a few attempts. Some instructions might be helpful :)
There are shops and a beach within walking distance, which was great too. I would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful time in the condo. Very well equipped for our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach experience as well as everything we needed inside the condo. Accommodations for 4 but it was so well stocked we would have served a few meals before having to run the dishwasher! Tons of pillows and linens. It was great. Extremely spacious for our family if 4 (2 adults and 2 teens).
Waikoloa was a great location for exploring all over the island. Enjoyed many of the nearby beaches and eateries.
The complex was really quiet, Iβm not sure we had neighbors next or below us.

Just home from our latest week staying at this condo. Yes, we are repeat guests! Great condo, clean, comfortable, good location and a great view. No wonder this is our favorite place to stay on the Big Island.

Such a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Great sized unit for the 4 of us. Pool is a great temp for swimming. Did a Target Drive-up order on the plane and were able to avoid dragging my 4 year old grandson through Costco. That worked seamlessly. We were very sad to leave. Tracy and Carmine were very responsive when I accidentally deleted instructions to get into the unit.
