This COMPLETELY renovated, second floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is open, clean, modern, and luxurious. Updates have been tastefully done with our guests' comfort in mind and can sleep up to 4 guests. Ceiling fans, screened doors, and screened windows maintain a comfortable temperature with security and privacy. AC use permitted for an additional $25/day. The bedroom closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear, beach mats, two boogie boards, and other beach and pool items to make beach day truly remarkable! The brand new kitchen comes with a new range, a new microwave, a new dishwasher, and a new stone countertop as a premium for our guests vacation enjoyment.
Kona Isle is on the makai (ocean) side of Alii Drive, 2 ½ miles south of Kailua-Kona and is oceanfront. The condo has a view of the ocean and the property swimming pool from the lania, and Mauna Loa from the spacious grounds. The grounds are beautifully cared for with lots of open space to stroll and watch tropical birds.
Unit and Kona Isle are NON-SMOKING.
Our condo association house rules require a minimum 5-night rental. The unit can accommodate 2 adults on the queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two additional guests on the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Hawaii requires that we collect an excise and transit tax totaling 17.96%...

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo is set up nicely, everything we needed was provided by Brian. The decor is well thought out and brings the Hawaiian culture into the rooms. The property is well kept and we loved that we had a dedicated parking spot. We could hear the ocean waves hitting the rocks from our balcony which made the times we spent out there watching the sun set even more enjoyable. Everyone we met around the property was pleasant as well. This is also a great location that is close to the main Kailua Kona hot spots while being just far enough away.
All in all we would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Everything you need is in the apartment. The view from the balcony ist fantastic. I will really miss watching the sunset from there or from the beach area.
I can really recommend this apartment, i would book it for my next trip again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kona Isle! Our condo was nicely decorated and had all the beach essentials we needed. We ventured out to a lot of the beaches north and south of us. The evening BBQ area Oceanside was great for mingling with other guests and condo owners as many people gathered nightly for the beautiful sunsets! The pool area was great and not too busy.

We enjoyed our stay here! Would absolutely stay again! Clean updated unit, simple check in with lock box. Plenty of bedding. Washer and dryer in the unit!! Pool was nice. View of ocean from the lanai. Great location to enjoy Kona. Mahalo nui loa!

Great views and comfortable. One problem ( that is common on the island ) we had was a cricket and a cockroach, but that was close to the end of our 16 day stay. The bed was comfortable and a nice condo layout. Would have liked local t.v. stations for night viewing & local weather.As a whole, very nice.
