There are so many great things I appreciated about this place. We loved how quiet and peaceful this was with an amazing view! We watched turtles in the ocean from the lanai on the daily. Everything was as expected or better!
As the pictures shown by the owner is what you get. The condo is setup perfectly for either 2/3 people. Spend lots of time out on the balcony, favourite thing to do is watch for whales or paddle boarders floating by. The owner is wonderful to deal with. Did visit Dollies twice, love their pizza, and did check out next door Captain Jacks which was very nice too. Pork quesadillas were delicious.

Great studio that's well appointed with everything you'll need for fun in the sun. The pool was particularly nice with a view of the ocean. Can't wait to return!
This condo was on the 6th floor with great views! It was perfect for my husband and I. While there was some work on the building during weekdays, it was no problem for us. We especially loved that there was an awesome sushi place right across the street (MisoPhat) and spent a couple of afternoon/eves snorkeling and watching the sunset at Kahekili Beach. Amazing and so close- short drive.with ample parking!

This place was very clean. I could walk to a coffee shop, grocery store, beach, and restaurants which was really nice since I didn’t rent a car. The host provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do so I wasn’t completely lost. I would book again!
Nice stay. We always liked the Royal Kahanna. This year was a noisy with the construction going on. The parking fees are getting ridiculous. It’s getting very expensive to do just about anything there. The room was good. The kitchen island turned out to be very useful. We’ve stayed there every year now for 18 years. Not as much to do with Lahaina gone. Condo owners respond quickly to your concerns.
This was our first time in Maui/Hawaii. The condo was exceptionally clean and was very well stocked. LOVED the washer/dryer combo as we were traveling for two weeks. The view was better in person than in the pictures. The staff at the front reception area were super nice and very accommodating. Kimberly the host was great about getting back to us when we had questions. This is a great place and I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Maui. 5 Stars all the way around..
The glitches: PARKING fees. Told it was 15 per day a week before we arrived. Not included in original fees. Then check in they said it was $18 per day. I thankfully had my e-receipt and was able to show 15 per day for 9 of the 10 days.
2. bugs. We killed three small cockroaches in the kitchen
3. there were no dryer sheets. I left what I purchased
4. One of the key cards did not work. I did go down and have both placed in working order.
The GOOD: VIEW amazing!!!
TOWELS. Cooler. Iron. Hairdryer. W/D wonderful The viewing monicle was also a wonderful suprise. Nicely stocked kithen to do any/all cooking we needed to do.
The condo is wonderfully setup, has everything you would need to start off your vacation. The view from the balcony on the 6th floor is outstanding. Was fortunate to see whales everyday and was so much fun to watch. There are a few restaurants close by as Kimberly mentions in the description which is great that you can park and walk. Did go to Dollies,(small but great neighborhood place)and the food is wonderful. Did have the pizza twice, and is so yummy good. Would love to return again, hopefully soon.
The unit was clean. We did not realize it was on the 6th floor. Thought we had a beach walkout and the beach in front of the resort was not the best. We did have a little trouble getting in; hardware a little dated. And we could not figure out regular stations to watch on TV. We are football fans and couldn’t watch ESPN. I did message our host about getting in the unit, and TV issues and did not get a response. Their instruction book was very good. We tried all the restaurant recommendations and they were very good. Enjoyed our Pacific Whale Foundation trip very much. Overall very good but a few little glitches!

This is a lovely spot in Kahana on the west coast of Maui. Friendly staff is a plus. I used the small but well furnished gym. Great view from the pool; nice pool as well. The lanai is spacious and offers great views of molokai. Well stocked kitchen is a good size. My wife loved the AC it worked very well. Fold out bed was comfy as well as the king and the pillows were awesome!! Kahana features a small beach and walking distance to amenities including Dollie’s Pub which has sports, ice cold beer, excellent wait staff, and the best pizza in west Maui. Really good. We recommend this condo.

I had a great stay. Perfect quiet location with easy access to the beach and a short drive to Lahaina. The room had a nice view and was well equipped with everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation.

Beautiful view of ocean and watched whales jumping from the covered patio. Main living space is nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Has a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a nicely equipped kitchen.
Owners were very responsive to questions.
If I come back to Maui, I would stay here again.
The apartment is located right on the beach and has an incredible view… just like you see in the picture. We would sit on a large balcony every morning and watch the whales. The building has a pool that was never too crowded.
The apartment was very clean, renovated and had A/C and washer and dryer. It really had everything one may need during the stay. The bed was big and comfortable. The apartment is only a short drive away from Lahaina.
The owner was super nice and left some recommendations on what do to on the island.
We will definitely rent this apartment again once we return to Maui.
