The Maui Beach House is a two story private beach retreat on a calm and private bay. It is a place of unmatched peace, I tranquility, beauty. This idyllic beach house features wide ocean views from all rooms with a total of over 4,000 square feet. of interior and deck space.
The house is elevated approximately 12 feet from the waterline behind a private seawall with steps directly down to the sandy beach.
Most days you will find no one on the this beach except yourself and your fellow guests.
The bay is remarkably calm and is perfect swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking.
It is particularly safe for children as the water is crystal clear with even a sandy bottom.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms and each has their own en-suite bathroom. The main floor master suite features a king sized bed and a private lanai. Upstairs, the second master suite has a king sized bed with two additional twin day beds. Also upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a queen sized bed. Each second floor bedroom opens to a large second floor lanai with stunning ocean views. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom, ensuring that you will have a great night’s sleep.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA
This spacious and bright indoor/outdoor living area has plenty of comfortable seating, ceiling fans, bar area and large sitting area facing the ocean. There is a huge kitchen area with gas BBQ. Plus retractable doors open just a few feet from the water and you will experience expansive ocean views and some of the most amazing Maui sunsets!
UPPER DECK
You have spectacular views looking down on the clear waters where you can often observe turtles and sea life swimming by. The view stretches from Lanai to the whole of Molokai and you will see a sunset 365 days a year!
The upper deck area has ample seating for sun bathing and a sheltered area with patio furniture.
The north deck has a large cabana with rattan furniture for relaxing and comfort.
The property is fully walled and gated with two gates and a half circle driveway.
The vegetation around the property is such that you feel like you are living on your own private island.
KITCHEN/DINING

The house was clean and had all needed amenities. The location is amazing. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family. I highly recommend this house.

The property is beautiful, right at the water. There were eight of us and each bedroom had a bathroom plus there were outside showers. Lanai was spectacular, loved the window opening to the outside. Outdoor boogie and paddleboards were provided. Beach chairs, coolers too.
Too bad we werent able to stay our entire time because of the Lahaina fire but sure enjoyed our time there.

The property manager made it very easy to check in and was in constant communication to ensure we had everything we need and that we were enjoying our stay. The location on the water was perfect for our kids and the rooms were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only warning I would have for prospective renters is that the rooms let in a ton of light, so if you need a dark room to sleep in, prepare to wake up early. Didn’t cause any problems for us, but it gets light early and that means the kids were up early.
Still, it was an amazing trip and I would 100% recommend it. I hope to stay here again soon.

The home was better than we expected and while the pictures in the listing are great, the house is even better than the pictures. We found the home to be extremely well suited for our group of seven people. It was extremely clean and well equipped. The property is incredibly private and it is like having an entire private beach to yourself. The property "feels" like authentic Hawaii. The hosts were very responsive with communications and made our stay very easy.

The odd floor plan of the house with all the rooms somewhat remote is great when you have babies or need to work once in a while.

It was perfect. All the bedrooms have their own bath (plus one extra bed downstairs that can have private use of the HUGE shower off the kitchen), so great for an all-grownups getaway.
But the view. And the water access. The big open kitchen and the garage-door window/wall that opens to the ocean. Rainbow after rainbow in the sky over the sea. Big nice TV we didn’t use.
Daniel and Kendra were incredibly thoughtful and attentive hosts. Clearly a lot of care has gone into making this a clean, comfortable, and well stocked place to stay. We’re so glad we didn’t do a resort. A million stars.

The location of this house is unbeatable! We watched whales from the living room every day and our kids loved swimming and playing in the sand at the beach right outside. The bay is calm and the little beach gets nice shade. The house is very spacious with lots of room for the whole family or all your friends. We had 5 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby and felt like there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are lots of extras like kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. Anything the house was missing the property manager was able to get to us during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

My family visited Maui and stayed at this property. It was great to all have our own space and have the paddle boards and kayaks to use for the east beach access. The property is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the outdoors and being on the water, we even saw some whales and turtles swimming through the area. This house definitely fit all of our needs!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. To start, the property itself is amazing and very fun to be in. Breathtaking views 24/7. We experienced many whale sightings right off the back of the house! Our stay was from January 9th-19th for reference. Mornings on the hammock or in the two tall chairs, whale watching, is really something. We saw countless amount of turtles, enjoyed water fun with the provided equipment, and had very memorable moments with the bicycles. If you love to fish, you’re gonna have a blast doing it right off the back! We bought poles and gear at a nearby shop and really had some of the best times. It’s very private, so getting to swim in a large area and enjoy only each other’s company was awesome. The home is very unique, with lots of room for everyone. We had 8 guests staying overnight, and more coming to hang during the day. Nobody ever felt cramped and it felt like home. This is a very unique experience for anyone looking to stray from hotels and such. This place is particularly very special as it’s right along the water. Worth every penny.
The property management team went above and beyond in terms of communication, from start to finish. Daniel and Kendra were very friendly, detailed and helpful. Even so with the mishaps we had (our faults), they handled everything quickly, with a sense of grace.
I can’t recommend this property more for a great experience while visiting the island.
