    This immaculate 2BR 2.1BA gem is an end unit in a quiet, well maintained low density, gated complex with pool and BBQ’s. As well, guests can access the large community pool, tennis courts, bookmobile library and for the golfer, discounted greens fees at the Waikoloa Village Recreational complex, literally steps away. Walk 3 mins to golf course restaurant and bar. Or walk 15 mins to Highland Shopping center for more dining options, bank, UPS, Drs. office, KTA groceries, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy. The best of the beaches, 5-star resorts, dining, shopping and activities are a 10-15 min. drive away.

    This was our second time staying in this lovely unit and it once again did not disappoint. Great location on the golf course, lovely sunset views every night, and great proximity to the community pool, club house and restaurant

    Loved the property, it had everything we needed. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean and well maintained. Owners very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect place to stay.

    Ideal location, happy to have A/C, kitchen was well appointed, owner was responsive. Regards improvements: perhaps lighting in the stairwell and/or reflective yellow tape on stairs. We were never able to figure out how to turn on bedroom TV.

    Big thanks to Deborah for the condo rental. The property was as every bit as good as advertised. I was here for 18 nights and the condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Beach accessories, beach towels, extra bedding, games, puzzles, books, cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances and accessories. I needed to provide nothing during my stay except groceries. Waikoloa Village is the perfect place to stay with abundant sunshine and slightly drier climate than down in Kona. Viewing the sunsets off the lanai every night with an adult beverage was the perfect way to end each day. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

    Way enjoyed every minute of this property. Beautiful lanai on the golf course With views all the way to the ocean! All the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked any item we wanted was at our fingertips. This was a great central location for visiting all of the island and the great beaches that were nearby.

    The unit is modern and clean. It is on the ground floor and has a magnificent view of the golf course and ocean in the distant. Nene are your most vocal neighbors. It is difficult to find the unit in the dark the first time. The unit manager was no where to be found. Call them in a pickle because we could not see the little signs they stated in the email. They did not return the call until the next morning. That is not helpful at all.
