    The apartment was great. The communication with the property manager, Vacasa, was very poor. Took about 6 days for them to reply to text or message in the VRBO app. When calling their 24/7 emergency line we were able to resolve an issue accessing the property but it seemed there was not anyone local that would be able to help us in a timely manner. Overall I would stay again and recommend. The location and amenities were great!

    The location of the Spinnaker is just perfect. We loved the terrace with garden, the pool with BBQ and the convenient parking. However we would hope to see some improvement about the response time for requests. There is 24/7 phone access but it is rather tedious to call and go through all that security questions. The response time on E-mail requests was too long.

    Fantastic location and great amenities! Just a short walk to the Lahaina historical district with shops, restaurants, etc. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only thing lacking was the ability to open the back patio door in order to sit out on and enjoy the patio. It seemed to be designed to remain shut. Everything else was great!

    Location was great for exploring from. Was able to walk to restaurants, food trucks and beaches. The home was clean but bathroom was kind of worn.

    It was the perfect little apartment for our 5 day stay. The kitchenette was just enough for 2 to have breakfast every morning and walk to front street.

    Roaches were really bad in this property. Called VACASA who sent out an exterminator which we had to be out of the property for half a day. Still had roaches after the exterminator so called Vacasa again. Had no follow up after that. Would never stay in this place again!

    The property was exactly what we needed and wanted. Two blocks to front Street, all the shops, all the restaurants, The marina, the banyan tree park and the skate park. The few times that we did drive, it was 20 minutes up to hiking or 20 minutes down to the aquarium and beaches. The condo was clean, open and comfortable. Good pool/jacuzzi area with bbq and the neighbors were all cool. I’d stay again for sure.
