Inside, the condo is adorned with vibrant plumeria artwork, bringing the natural beauty of Kauai into every corner of the living space. The studio features a king-sized bed draped in luxurious linens, and with the lanai just steps away, you can leave the glass doors open to fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Ah... serenity!
A comfortable sofa doubles as a sleeper, providing extra space for guests. The kitchenette offers convenient options for preparing quick meals and snacks between your island adventures.

Our studio room was just perfect for the two of us. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location is great, as it is just a parking lot away from the Coconut Marketplace with many choices for food and shopping. The ABC store's deli has excellent food to go. We could order a delicious breakfast and bring it back to our room and at eat it with an ocean view! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice too. Its a bit rocky to try and swim in the ocean there at the property, but there are beaches nearby. Lydgate is great for people that dont want to be tossed around. We were very happy with our stay!

What a great place to spend a few days in Kauai! The condo was exactly as represented, which was beautifully appointed and centrally located. We loved it! Next time we can come back, the first thing I'm going to do is see if this space is available. It's perfect!

The property was well maintained, the view was amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our daughter’s wedding guests. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our room was larger than expected—included a small dining table, small sofa, mini kitchen area and full size bathroom. We had a perfect view of the ocean from our lanai and a lovely view of the gardens from our front door. The large walkways made it very easy to negotiate around the property which included beautiful gardens (with many of the plants identified with markers) and small pool with bar. Chairs were available for use in the beach. Market place with deli, snacks and coffe shop was just across the street along with nice souvenir and art galleries. Location was perfect—easy to get to airport as well as beaches, restaurants and sights around the entire island. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed her for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon.
The check in and check out process was seamless and the unit was exactly as advertised. The unit was comfortable and clean.
We miss the sunrises from the lanai.The gardens within the complex are absolutely stunning.
Complex is walking distance to several good restaurants and is centrally located with easy access to other locations and activities on the island.
We recommend this listing and hope to be back some day.

We really had a great experience here. The view from the lanai couldn't have been better, nothing between the building and the beach/ocean. The property grounds were beautiful and kept very nice. Communication during our stay with the property manager was easy, the place was super clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels, nice shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen was well equipped and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Other beaches and activities, restaurants etc. were easily accessible with a rental car.
The only things I'd say that were slightly off was the chairs on the lanai were so uncomfortable if you wanted to sit there for any length of time, which we did. And also we paid $125 for a late check out but were locked out of the room at 10am and sent a one time use code. We would have done more on the last day since we had the room till 4pm but we wouldn't have been able to get back into the room so we just hung out and did nothing all afternoon. That seemed odd to pay but we couldn't come and go as we pleased all day.
