This property was perfect for our 35th anniversary celebration! Our favorite activity was stepping out our door to enjoy magnificent sunrises and comical crab drama. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was ideal for exploring the entire island and having plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
We had an amazing experience here! It was so nice to be able to watch the sun rise from our balcony and hear the waves in our room! Everything in the room was great and as described in the listing. The area is great and easy to get around. We explored the north and south sides of the island during our stay, so the east side was a great home-base to access everything!
Absolutely perfect. The view is literally right on the beach. The landscape at the Islander is to die for and there is SO much within walking distance. We would love to come back!
Amazing view of the ocean, property was as advertised. It is very small, but perfect for 2 people if you want to be on the ocean. Loved being 30 minutes from the South and North beaches. The property was very clean.The only con were the roosters. While the chickens were fun to watch during the day the roosters started crowing every morning around 3 am. It made sleep difficult. Not much can be done, but we ended up leaving the slider open at night to have the ocean drown out some of the noise. We were up every morning by 5 am because of the roosters. It wasn't all bad though, as we got a early starts each day :)
We loved staying in this studio with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and taking in the view. It was so nice to have the beach, with lounge chairs a few steps from our building. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this for any single or couple. The location is also central for day trips to Princeville or Poipu and beyond if you have a car.
Only stayed at this location one night because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The company was so accommodating and fast to respond. The location they moved us to was heaven! The views here were amazing also and you can walk right out to the beach and watch the sun rise. I would definitely stay again at a property owned by this company!
We will come back for sure!
We split our trip up into 3 areas, this is where we stayed on the East shore portion of our trip. It is within walking distance of a little shopping mall, and just down the road from several eating establishments and food trucks. There is a beach very close to the property but it’s not super swim friendly. Several beach chairs out there providing places to sit/lay to watch the sunrise.Our only complaint was no parking after we went to a luau, and we got a written warning for parking on the street.The condo is very nice, was clean and comes with some very handy beach equipment for use (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc) there is also a very nice garden area between the buildings, free ice machine, and laundry area on site, but we didn’t use it.Sharon at Premier Kauai was great, and super helpful, and the owner of this condo has an adjacent one as well which may be super helpful for multiple parties visiting together.Also, don’t forget to sign the guest book!
The condo was very nice but tiny. (A studio as listed). We knew this from staying here previously so no surprises. The property is awesome with great social area with pool, hot tub & bar.
It was very quiet and comfortable, near the ocean and beach. We loved watching the sunset and sunrise.
The view is everything! We are beach people, and the condo is like 75 feet from the beach. Stunning sunrises! Close to amenities and marketplace. Unit is very acceptable, clean and very few tiny bugs! Other reviews are accurate; only toaster oven & Keurig, so if you prefer more of a kitchenette, perhaps another unit. Planning to return next year.ifyou prefer more of a kitchen area.

Perfect spot on the beach. Four restaurants within walking distance. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Good times.
The location is great. We really enjoyed the ocean front view. The property is well stocked and clean.
Two problems:
The mattress is too soft. Gave me back aches, poor sleep. The bathroom sink does not drain very well.
Perfect spot for sunrise. Lots of monk seals in the surf too.
We had a quick visit to Kauai and loved the condo. The view was as good as it gets, the condo was well apportioned and clean. The bed, bedding and towels were comfortable and nice quality. The property was well maintained, beautiful vegetation, the pool area was nice, free parking was a plus and the staff on property was super friendly. We would definitely stay in that condo again.
This ocean front villa exceeded all expectations with its amazing sunrises to the relaxing sound of waves rolling onto the beach all night long. Everything was perfect upon our arrival and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Cindy for sharing your slice of heaven here at "Serenity!"
Our studio room was just perfect for the two of us. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location is great, as it is just a parking lot away from the Coconut Marketplace with many choices for food and shopping. The ABC store's deli has excellent food to go. We could order a delicious breakfast and bring it back to our room and at eat it with an ocean view! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice too. Its a bit rocky to try and swim in the ocean there at the property, but there are beaches nearby. Lydgate is great for people that dont want to be tossed around. We were very happy with our stay!
Very nice location right next to beach. Plenty locations within walking distance to get groceries and eat.
What a great place to spend a few days in Kauai! The condo was exactly as represented, which was beautifully appointed and centrally located. We loved it! Next time we can come back, the first thing I'm going to do is see if this space is available. It's perfect!
Super wonderful and relaxing trip to Kauai - our first trip to the island. Room had an I credible view and was exactly what we needed to relax at the end of our daily adventures.
The property was well maintained, the view was amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our daughter’s wedding guests. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
Property was perfect for me and my wife. Had breakfast on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Proximity to dining and shops added to the convenience of the property.

Fabulous - simply fabulous!! Starting each morning with coffee and fresh fruit from the market, watching the ocean and whales from our balcony was … aaaaah! The condo is beautifully appointed, bed comfortable, towels cozy, and everything you need is here or within walking distance. The pool was a refreshing dunk, the hot tub luxurious after an ocean swim, and having a Tiki Hut mai tai was beyond perfect! We loved every minute!!!
Really a cute space with an incredible ocean view. It was perfectly sized for my wife and I, but any more would have been too many. The kitchenette was the only drawback (in that it was way “ette” - small) but it functioned. We only went out for one meal a day. Just a cute place in a good location. We loved our stay.
