Enjoy the whales as they play directly in front of the resort during our winter season. This beautifully decorated condo offers central A/C, TVs in each room, free WiFi and is a great value at this highly rated resort. This condo is 920 sq. ft. of island living for up to 6 adults (two queen beds in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area). This condo also inclues a full kitchen and dining area for those cozy meals at home. You will not want to leave with these stunning ocean views from each window of this condo!
Maui Ka’anapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect white sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more. The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (rent paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more), Castaways Café, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. This resort connects to the Ka’anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka’anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes’ drive to Lahaina and many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions.
Please note that there will be a $25 "Daily Resort Fee" charged upon arrival. This fee allows guests to enjoy many resort services and activities including parking, coffee in lobby daily from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Ka'anapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.

The unit had rat traps in the bathroom under the sink.
The water in the shower was Luke warm.
The ice maker doesn’t work, has one big ice chunk in the ice maker.
The drapes were gross and dirty.
Not enough toilet paper, three packs of Saul.
The flatware terrible and the steak knives were bad.

Very comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed the spacious condo with full kitchen, separate living and large bathroom. It was just two of us but it definitely would be great for a family as well. We would definitely stay there again. Location in town was great too!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Great location, and our kids love the pool and hot tub on site. The condo is exactly how it appears in the pictures and was perfect for our family of five. We would stay here again!

The property was clean, & the location was great. Pictures are pretty accurate. They have upgraded the flooring and it looked better than the pictures. 10/10 would stay there again.

Property was very good . Full kitchen was important. Downside is for such a big unit only one small bathroom. Location great best part of Kaanapali beach. Next time would like more bath towels . Overall was content.
