Perfect location for island adventures!
Kitchen was well stocked with everything and more that we needed for our stay. Also the closet also had plenty of beach supplies, chairs, umbrella...we recommend this property.
We were able to enjoy the local shops and restaurants each day after we completed our scuba dives.
This condo was great. Excellent location with an ocean view from the lanai. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

Shannon and Kevin’s property is exactly as listed and has everything you could need for an amazing stay on Maui. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer to have used all that was available for us! The property was clean, easy to find, had amazing views, and was well supplied. For our long days out on the island it was always nice coming “home” to this property. Every moment truly felt at home. It was easy to communicate with Shannon and Kevin, and they were very helpful and kind. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maui! Highly recommend! 11/10 rating!
The unit was as promised. It was clean and quiet. The view was great. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai. The kitchen was well appointed and enjoyed cooking meals. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Beds were comfortable and the a/c in every area made it really comfortable.
This condo is on the top floor of the third building in the Maui Vista complex. You have a distant, but excellent view of the ocean, which is perfect for watching the sunset. As an added bonus, if you are there for New Year's, you have a perfect view of the fireworks in Wailea. You are also a short walk down to the Charley Young Beach and local shopping.The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. It is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kehei!
Location was perfect for our family. View of Molkini crater. Walking distance to Charley Young Beach. Everything about the stay was great for us.
This place was the best stay I have had while vacationing in Maui. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. It had everything and more for my family. Loved it!
We loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next Maui trip. The condo had everything we needed, making it feel like home. My wife, a coffee lover, would have appreciated a Breville coffee maker like the one we have at home – that would make it feel even more luxurious, ha ha!
The beach was just a short 7-9 minute walk, which was super convenient. It was also great having air conditioning to come back to after a hot day out.
One small suggestion: maybe check over some of the items and replace anything worn out, like the hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom. Also, a nicer body wash with a fresh scent would be a great touch. Overall, though, these didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. Thanks again, and hope to return next year!
We cam with a family of six to begin with. My wife and I, Our Son and his Wife, Along with their ti kids 6 and 7. This was our 10 year visiting Maui Visti.We have never stay in the same room twice. Sometimes staying on the 4th floor can be too warm due to the pitch of the ceiling and the lack of airconditiong. BUT not this unit. Shannon has 3 split aircondition units along with fan . One in the living room, one in the master bedroom and on upstairs for the quest area.
Dishes, Shannon has a complete et on new corelle dishes, all kinds of glasses, pots and pans of all kinds, even an assorement of plasticcontainers for leftovers.
The location is fantastic right across from Charley Young beach and close walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and AC units worked great. Our only complaint was that the kitchen had nothing in the way of spices for cooking other than salt. But in all we would highly recommend this condo for families and guests looking to stay in Kihei.

It was exactly as advertised and suited our needs well. Good sunset views and close to Charley Young beach. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers,etc. to make trips to the beach a breeze.
My husband and I stayed in the condo with our son and his wife and their two small children. We stayed upstairs in the loft and it was very comfortable for us. The bathroom is small but certainly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Our son and his wife were very happy with the downstairs bedroom and the kids slept on the pullout couch. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. The board games were a nice touch although the weather was perfect so we didn't spend much time indoors. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and pool noodles were such a pleasant adition so we could be comfortable on the beach or the pool. We loved the location, so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I don't know if we will ever get back to Hawaii, but if we do we will certainly be happy to stay here again!!
Super close to beach and restaurants. View was gorgeous! We had an issue upon arrival and the owner was super responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly! The property was very clean and had everything you could need for a day at the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location, and close to many activities beaches, and restaurants (waling within 2 Mike radius).. very well maintained condo unit with many amenities.
Definitely would stay here again!! Condo had lots of extra beach accessories which was really thoughtful and the view was spectacular.
