Pro’s: Great location. Walk to great beach Kapalua. The view was awe inspiring. Honestly the pictures don’t truly show the view. It’s whale season and being able to watch them from the lanai was amazing. Able to snorkel, run a trail, and easy access to main roads. Saw some amazing rainbows from the lanai. Quiet neighborhood. Had all the essentials needed to feel like home. Con’s: needs updates. The master bath tub is broken and honestly take it out and make a bigger shower. Would love more comfortable pull out couch to chill on. We did have some pests, but that is to be expected on an island. The location, and view are worth it for the price, as everything is expensive in Maui.
Did I enjoy? Heck yes! I loved it. The view from the veranda is amazing. I forgot what day of the week it was. Locals encouraged me to sit down and relax so I did. I can't say enough good things about the resort and the staff. They were so helpful in helping me navigate my first days there's.
The condo was nice, but outdated in some ways. Some of the lights did not work, the switches were seemed old and cheap, and it was hard to figure out what switches went to what. I also had the feeling as thought he carpet was not vacuumed completely as it seemed as though things were sticking to my feet as I walked around. I know this seems petty, but they were some of my negative observations. Now for the good part. The view was awesome! We were able to see whales in the ocean from our balcony. Bring some binoculars if you want a really good view, otherwise it is kinda just some splashing. The condo had everything that you would need for a vacation and stay there. There was stuff for the beach (snorkels, beach chairs, etc.) and all of the cooking utensils you may need for a night in. Parking was great! The area was quiet and the pool is just steps away. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a private area with all the amenities of home.
The condo is great! Amazing view! Perfect location. They only thing I would say is I wish they would have turned the air on and had it cooled off. It was extremely hot for 3-4 hours. The afternoon sun shines in the condo and is very warm. The place could use heavier curtains to draw closed during the heat of the sun. Sheer curtains do not keep out the heat.

Loved it. Would stay again. Most amazing vast ocean views from both bedroom and living room. Can see both Molokai and Lanai. Be prepared for stairs though if that's an issue for you. Unit well maintained. The community is quiet and peaceful. Walkable to coastal trails, hiking trails, restaurants, general store, etc.
Location and the villa is absolutely beautiful. I like that it's a little away from busy part of Lahaina but close enough to the beach and coastal trails.
We loved the location of our condo! It is conveniently situated to everything we wanted to do in Kapalua: gorgeous beaches, hiking, and lovely spots to eat at the Ritz, Montage, and Office Road. The only downsides to the condo were the dated interiors (stained carpet) and the ensuite shower, which is not well-designed (have to work to keep water from pouring out of the shower onto the floor because there is no door and the shower head is not well positioned). Aside from those minor inconveniences, the condo was clean and My Perfect Stays was responsive (replaced a broken beach chair) and so helpful with booking activities and restaurant reservations! They made wonderful recommendations and really listened to what we wanted out of our stay in Kapalua. We had a wonderful stay!
We stayed here for a few days before getting married here in Kapalua, the condo is wonderful with the cute 2 level split and wonderful views! We are frequent visitors of the Kapalua villas and this unit is definitely lovely like the others available . There are pros and cons but overall a very good stay and the condo provided everything we needed for the trip. The top highlights are: amazing ocean views, Easy check-in and the bed was very comfortable! The cons: the tub was not usable! Bedroom gets great morning lights but didn’t not have dark enough shade option (for any late sleepers) and the kitchen lacked some proper tools for really cooking but simple stuff is doable.
Would love to stay here again when the tub is fixed, really a shame as we really looked forward to this amenity but wasn’t told about the unavailability.
Overall the condo was very nice and clean. However there were stains on the carpet that need to be cleaned, especially in front of the couch.
The Ridge in Kapalua is a very well kept secret. We had use of the Montage and Ritz Carltons pools and beaches. The condo is perfect for two adults. The price was Terrific for what we got. So much to do around there. We will be back.
