People create 5 star ratings when they have no issues with the property or it’s management team. I rate this property and management team 5 ⭐️’s because of how they fulfilled their promise that this trip with my family would be special and memorable. The second day of our stay the AC unit in the main part of the house failed. I reached out to Allan with iTrip (the vacation/property management co) and his response was exceptional! Within 24 hours the unit was repaired and the best part was his communication from initial troubleshooting to resolution. It never required me or any member of my family to lose a SECOND of our vacation time. All the repairs were done in the background while we enjoyed our selves on Maui! We were very pleased that the property was very clean and just as it appears in the pictures. One of the bedroom lamps didn’t work so i reported it and it was addressed the next day. I am very happy we stayed here and I would like to stay again.
