    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this place was great! There were a few minor issues but nothing that would make me not want to come back. The AC drips all over the lanai so there is constantly a puddle out there. We noticed some wet spots on the carpet when we arrived so assumed it was from people going out on the lanai and coming back in. The kitchen was semi adequately stocked with pots and pans but could be a lot better. Some basic pantry items would be nice as all the room had was salt and pepper. The washlet was interesting to use and I got used to having it so now want one at home! There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. The dryer does vent into the room though and the washer is very small so you can only do small loads. Still, it was nice to have. We were overall very comfortable in this room. There really isn't a view, which was expected and seems to be reflected in the price. Your view is really of the top level of the parking garage but we didn't get this room for the view. We got it for the price and the amenities. It's a short walk to the beach. There were two beach chairs, some boogie boards, and a broken beach umbrella. We bought a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella from Costco and left it for future guests. I would recommend this property. Property management company, Captain Cook Resorts, was fantastic to deal with!
