Pacific Palms Villa is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6. This is a ground floor unit with a nice grassy yard off the lanai, surrounded by tropical greenery and with an excellent view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.

Bedroom #3 - Two TwinXL (can be combined as gel topper)

The open-concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and covered lanai with grill. There is a outdoor dining table on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The living room features a large Ultra HD 4K TV.

Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend time with your friends, family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; we hope this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.

There is a $25/night fee per group for access to Hali'i Kai's amazing Ocean Club, which is a short walk from the home. The oceanfront club has a tiered saltwater lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and spa and an oceanfront fitness center. The Ocean Club Bar and Grill is a great spot for convenient and delicious food and drink. The fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office at the time of checkin.

The condo was perfect. There is everything we could need and more. The condo is well equiped and set in beautiful Hali’i Kai. We love the resort and the Ocean club. It was great to have dinner on the patio looking at the sunset.

Great place to stay. Clean, nice amenities. Plenty of toys for the beach. Lots of room for our six adults. Nice to have assigned parking and not fight for a spot. Would gladly stay here again.

Loved being able to sit on the patio and see the ocean. We walked to the Hilton and Marriott each day, pleasant walk to see the ocean and put your feat in. We did yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the BBQ. Easy drive to Hapuna beach and down town Kona. Furniture looked great but we all agreed on two things:: 1. beds were all too hard. They has a gel topper to convert the twins into a king and we all took turns using it on the beds so we could get sleep. Without the gel topper everyone would wake up uncomfortable after a couple hours. I’m one that likes firm beds but all of them were too firm for me. 2. Dining room chair cushions need help they feel like you are falling through them.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The property was very spacious and modern. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing at the swimming pool and hot tub daily which had the ocean, lava rock, and well-manicured botanical gardens as a scenic backdrop. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. We felt like first-class guests! Everything you would need for a perfect vacation was provided. This is our 3rd time on the Big Island and we all agreed that the property location was perfect. We were a short drive to all the best beaches, and a reasonable distance to many other things to see and do. We definitely recommend this place for families of all ages.

We had a wonderful time. The property was fantastic and the beach gear and bikes etc. provided were an added bonus. The kids love it here. We have been to Hali’i Kai many times and we will be back!
