Mauna Lani Beach Retreat is a single-level home with 4 Master Suites. The first two Master Suite have King bed, walk out to pool and ensuite spa-like bathroom. The third master suite has King and ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and private bath right across the hall.
The living room and lanais have been elegantly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating throughout. The large private unheated pool and hot tub are the perfect place to spend the day, or rest after a fun day of exploring the island. Private high-end grill on covered lanai for grilling fresh farmers market finds.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
A short walk away is famous 49 Black Sand Beach.

This was an amazing house, right next to the golf course with beautiful views! The teenage kids & us all enjoyed the bicycles & rode 1 mile to the shops, juice bar & coffee shop daily. The Mauna Lani beach is short walk or bike ride too. We love the laid back style of the Big Island over all the others. Unforgettable trip!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect! The rooms were all very spacious - plenty of room for everyone. They even came complete with family games. It was an awesome family vacation! Thanks so much to the wonderful family sharing their home! And thank you to the management company for all their help! Would love to return!!

House is amazing. Property is amazing. Views are amazing. Only issues we had were lack of hot water for a house that accommodates 6+ people. We had a few times where we were taking cold showers. Also the lack of being able to keep doors to the backyard/pool area due to the door alarms. Wasn’t aware of the required door alarms while booking the house. Found the alarms odd considering both gates to the backyard weren’t equipped with locks. Also only one of the pocket doors actually opened even though we took advantage of the outdoor dining table, the sliding doors by that area would not open. One of the alarm batteries went out and the bypass feature was disabled causing the alarm to go off every time we came back into the house making it more of an issue. I notified the property manager about both issues, but neither was addressed. Overall a beautiful property and we had a great and relaxing time. Mahalo for hosting us.

This property was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We enjoyed proximity to great beaches and having a pool was perfect for the kids. This house is very well equipped with everything from beach and pool needs to kitchen equipment. The decor is lovely, beds are comfy, and the management team was very helpful. Loved our stay!

This house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It was a home away from home. Kitchen fully stocked and ready for home cooked meals. Truly enjoyed our time here and very sad that we are leaving. We definitely stay here again!!!
