Once inside, this well appointed condo has been tastefully updated to truly exemplify a modern, tropical vibe. The generously-sized kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, an outward facing cooktop to ensure you never miss that ocean-view, and a gorgeous quartz countertop with a built-in breakfast bar. The living room flows from the kitchen and features a high-end pullout sofa, flat-screen TV with cable, and high-speed internet. The oversized lanai features a dining table for four with panoramic ocean, mountain and lagoon views. From this unit you can see the breath taking views of Kealia Pond.

The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with soft, white linens and gorgeous plantation shutters to block out that early morning sun. In addition, there is central A/C in this unit (a rarity in Hawaii!) which ensures you stay cool at all times during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the sugar, beach, condo complex, and our second time visiting Maui. During our previous vacation, we stayed in a large hotel. We loved all of the amenities the condo offered, and the complex was very well kept and quiet. In our opinion, it was very centrally. Located to get out and about and discover the rest of the island. The condo unit we stayed in was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for our week. Our two children slept on the couch pull out bed and said it was very comfortable. For a one bedroom, we felt it was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen really made the week more affordable and love the bbq grills by the pool. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. We look forward to coming back soon.

This is prime location. Easy to get to anywhere from this location yet a nice quiet location on the beach with a hot tub.

The updated kitchen renovations have definitely opened up and give an enlarged roominess to the unit. As this is an end unit, the side window also provides a feeling of spaciousness. The view from the lanai gives the advantage of two directions - one to the ocean and the other to the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge. The living room furniture and bed mattress (including pillows) are all new and extremely comfortable. All dishware and cutlery is of high quality too. The keyless entry is a bonus. Also, Marco is always nearby if there may be something you need him for. If it is an option with your rental vehicle, rent a large cooler so your lunch is packed as the adventures await you! Cruisin Maui rental vehicles have been a very popular place for renting Jeeps!The central location of Sugar Beach (north Kihei road) makes it perfect for departing in any direction as you tour and explore Maui. I hope my review will encourage you about this unit. I know I’ll make a return visit. Happiest of holidays!

The condo is well supplied with dish’s and towels and such! Very comfortable, from the couch to the California king bed! Would definitely recommend this condo!😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall loved the cute condo, would totally stay there again! There was some spots on the sliding door that separated the restroom from the bedroom that looked like blood. You do have to be really careful while showering because the water does get out leaving a puddle on the floor. Besides that we really did enjoy our stay here. Loved the location as well, everything was pretty close! Would totally look into staying here again.
