We loved our stay at the Nani Kai Hale! Beautiful pool, lovely views, and convenient access to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
This was an excellent experience. Everything was there to get us started. The only thing we struggled with was the door lock. It is an electronic pad that you need to press with your finger to "wake up". So this took us a few min. to figure out. That's it. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was so perfect and relaxing! We felt immediately welcomed and at home! Well stocked with everything you can imagine, even beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. Loved having two bathroom and A/C. Comfy bed too! Enjoyed toasted coconut coffee on the lanai and took in the beautiful ocean view. The host is extremely pleasant and quick to respond. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Could’ve stayed much longer and would definitely want to stay again! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! First, I couldn't find a better price for such quality! It exceeded all my expectations — the place was sparkling clean, and the views of the mountain and water were breathtaking every single day. The condo had everything we needed for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. My husband was so thrilled I chose this spot. Plus, the location with a private lounging area was perfect! Lara was incredibly responsive and super generous (along with the cleaners), even allowing us to check out late because our flight was in the evening. Thanks to her, we enjoyed every moment right up to departure. Just a heads-up: don’t forget quarters for the washing machine! Highly recommend this amazing place!
The property was very well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, games, etc. Would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend. Location was convenient, accommodations were clean and updated, and since there were four of us we loved having two bathrooms. Mahalo to the hosts who provided lots of little things we enjoyed using (snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels).
We enjoyed a lovely stay in this spacious condo overlooking the ocean. This is a great central location close to many hikung trails and Haleakala. Fully equipped with bareque grills , sparkling pool and right on the beach!
The condo was great! Had everything we needed and more. It was just what the pictures had shown and more!!
We stayed for 8 nights. Very easy to get around on public transportation- stop is down the street. Also just down the street is a wonderful bakery coffee shop and ABC store, easy to really to resupply. The property itself was comfortable and it has a lawn area and beach access. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would stay here again!
Perfect spot for those who rather be let loose in paradise with no attachments. Check in is automated, no line ups, no hassle. Just walk right in to a perfect little sanctuary put your belongings down and go walk the beach. Everything you need is accessible or easy to get. They have small coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels. Laundry is easy to setup through an app, parking is a breeze. Even a nice little drink, snack spot a couple doors down. I read comments on noise. Not an issue for us, was quite quiet but you’ll hear the odd locals music in a Toyota from time to time at night. No big deal. You’ll love it hear as we did.
I selected this property because it has 2 bathrooms but after arriving we discovered it has so much more.The location is perfect, somewhat off the main road but convenient to everything.This property provides everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with all the comforts of home.The property hosts provide prompt and gracious responses to any question.
Great place and location, only drawback is the traffic noise if you want to keep the windows open to hear the ocean, as the condo is right off of South Kihei Road. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in this unit. It had all the amenities, anppliances and beach accessories one would ever need. The location was wonderful with easy access to both Wailea and Lahaina. Coffee and chocolates were welcome and greatly appreciated.An added benefit was the proximity to the Sugar Beach Bake Shop. Yummy malassadas.

I loved this place. Hearing the waves gently crashing in at night was a highlight. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. I look forward to a return trip.
We loved our stay at your condo. It was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. Perfect location with a great view and a great beach to just walk out to. We had a couple of questions while we were there and Lara replied immediately. We would stay there again.

We had everything we needed and it was a great location to start and end each day. It was clean, relaxing, and had nice building features like the laundry room, pool, beach access, etc.. We had a great time!
We were so comfortable and every detail was thought out and covered! We enjoyed the location, the grounds, the unit and the lanai! It seems like a tiny detail, but I loved the little night light that was built into the outlets. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Many thanks to the hosts!!
We spent the first 4 days of our honeymoon here. The owner has thought of every detail. We loved it. The only reason for losing a star was the noise from the traffic as the area is close to the highway.
Beautiful location and so convenient to be next door to the sugar beach event center for family wedding. Can hear the ocean at night and overall was a lovely, relaxing stay! Equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms was awesome to have in hand too.
Lara was wonderful at communicating with me about any questions, before staying.
The unit has everything you need and more. They have set up the unit so perfectly with a tv in the bedroom and and in the living area. We had everything we needed to cook and just a short walk to the farmers market and ABC store. Plus the walk along Sugar Beach every morning was wonderful. We will be back. Thank you!
This beachfront, ocean-view unit is super clean, has quality furnishings, and is equipped with kitchen items and beach gear. Tip: The fridge has a working ice maker. I didn't realize that at first because the arm was up.
The grounds are well-maintained, the walkable beach goes for miles, and it's easy to enter into mostly-calm waters that are perfect for swimming, SUP, etc.
The location on the North end of the Kihei strip was great for us to get to other parts of the island during our stay.

We stayed here for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Sugar beach was probably our most favourite beach that we experienced in all of Maui. Lara was a great host and we couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay in Maui.
