This condominium is located in the Aloha Tower, the central hub of the property. Situated on the coveted ground level, this unit boasts a full lanai, and affords easy access to the lobby, outer buildings, pools, lush gardens, and property amenities. Tastefully furnished with wood, tropical-themed elements, and art this suite offers the best indoor and outdoor living experience and is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. This suite includes tile flooring throughout, two and a half well-appointed bathrooms, and ample space for dining in, whether on the lanai or indoors, as well as a spacious living area designed for relaxation.

The master bedroom features an open floor plan with a king-size bed and accesses the lanai/patio area. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with an adjustable showerhead and grab bar. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed and sitting area. The second full-size bathroom features a tiled shower. This condominium provides perfect accommodations for four guests. Keep cool with the heady Maui breezes and ceiling fans.

This resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens in the Kaanapali Resort area on one of the finest stretches of Kaanapali Beach. Follow our footpath to the breathtaking Kahekili Beach (aka Airport Beach), then drop by our restaurant for a delicious bite and a cool drink. An eventful day here means lounging by either of the two pools, a children's pool, soaking in our hot tub, and stargazing from your private lanai. Want to play in the ocean? Book a whale-watching tour (Dec-Mar) on a Kaanapali beach catamaran, or glide across the calm waters on a stand-up paddleboard. One word GREAT!!! It was so nice to be in Maui with the entire family for the first time in over two years. Our two daughters were with us with their families near by, but to spend time with our 5 year old grandson and for him to vacation with us like this was just the greatest.

I highly recommend this condo. I stayed here with my mom and my 2 adult daughters. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Excellent location. The fitness facility was excellent. Beautiful walks along the water and close to numerous restaurants and Whaler’s Village for shopping. Definitely at 10/10!

AKV is great, the room was clean and well maintained, everything was functional. Property looked remodeled which is great. The walkways to the beach are paved with natural stones which have running grass between then, those looked pretty bad for such a central location, parts of the grass was yellow, others were just plain sand patches, these and other grass patches throughout the property looked yellow, some grass patches are dead. This needs to be fixed asap. They just have to look perfect given their central location
