This 1,277-square-foot second floor condominium is spread out across two levels (the second and third) with the primary bedroom on the third level and the equally spacious secondary bedroom on the second level. Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds with attached bathrooms.
This unique two story condo also includes a loft at the top of the stairs with two twin sofa beds which can be used as another sitting or reading area. There is a private washer/dryer to help you keep your beach towels and swimsuits bright and clean. When you're leaving for the beach, be sure to grab the provided beach essentials from the garage.
The Pili Mai community is scenically situated alongside the Kiahuna Golf Course, a quick stroll from Poipu Shopping Village and beautiful Kiahuna Beach. The condo was very well kept and clean. The welcome basket is a very nice touch. It's close to Poipu beach, shopping, and restaurants. The view overlooking the golf course was beautiful. We really enjoyed having to use their beach chairs and equipment instead of having to rent them. Overall, very nice condo. We would definitely stay there again.

House was great. However the gate code didn’t work. Couldn’t get in, had to call support to get the back up key. Local support team wasn’t helpful. Would advice arrival during the day so at least you get some support

Close to the beach, fully equipped with amenities as well as all of the beach supplies which makes for great trips to Poipu! The host was very responsive (had a question on parking). Great view overlooking golf course with ocean in background.

This is a 5 star accommodation. The condo is very comfortably furnished, location is excellent and local Vacasa staff was very attentive to our needs. This is the very best in Poipu Beach,

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Loved having our breakfast on the balcony and even had some beautiful birds stop by to see what we were eating. It was nice having the pool so close by.

The property was perfect. The location is central to shopping and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The condo was just the perfect size for our family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be able to have meals. The pool facility is fantastic and right next door. The only detriment is the parking since there is limited visitor spots, but still totally manageable.

Great location to see and explore everything on the south shore. Easy access to airport and larger shopping but we really spent most of our time in the local establishments. Would stay here again!

Everything in this condo was great quality and appeared new. We enjoyed the extras in the garage too. Parking was usually available near our unit even though the garage was not an option. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our 2-week stay at Pili Mai. There were other VRBO listings in this condo area but we particularly appreciated this unit’s proximity to the pool, letting us easily use it daily… for a whole day or just popping over for an hour… or just using the BBQ grills to cook dinner, etc.
The unit was very clean and had beautiful views. There was AC which was heaven-sent for our June visit. Not sure we could have rented a place sans AC. There is a cooling limit of 75 degrees because it’s so expensive there but it was better than nothing!
The couch and chairs in the main room are more comfortable than they appear to be in the photos on VRBO.
We loved the views and golf neighborhood walks.
We had a couple issues (TV, ice-maker, washing machine) that were handled expeditiously by the property manager. Really really great communication and attention from Vacasa which was much appreciated. The main inconvenience was no washing machine for the 2-week stay so we had to drive to/from Lihue to spend time/money using a Laundromat… which - I get… things break and require time to receive a new unit… it was just a bummer to take time out of our vacay to go do that. Vacasa reimbursed us some $$ for the loss of an amenity.
We appreciated the welcome snacks and access to the beach umbrella, body boards, beach chairs. Definitely used the fabulous kitchen to cook many meals.
Great value… if we come back to Poipu we would definitely want to stay here again.

There is no designated parking spot, and the general guest parking spot in front of the unit was taken by other guests quite often. Not too big a deal since there is guest parking throughout the property, but sometimes we did end up parking a few buildings away.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. The only hiccup was the laundry unit was broken when we arrived and throughout our stay, but the management group did compensate us for this inconvenience. That said, we would still recommend this rental to other travelers.
