We had a big group and everyone had their own space, great ocean views and relaxing lanai space with a grill. Perfect
This property is beautiful and so spacious! There was more than enough room for our family of 7. The view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place for family or friends. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Property is very big. Views were great from the upper deck. All the toys in the garage were very helpful. Location is perfect.
We enjoyed the location of the house as it is walkable to the shore and to close by locations. Also a good location for activities on the west side of the island. Relatively easy drive to Hilo area as well.
The house is an unusual layout with plenty of room to spread out and even a theater which we did not utilize. The lanai or patio is very large and provides an outstanding view of the ocean and the evening sunset.
Each bedroom is air conditioned but the central area with the kitchen facilities is not and can be somewhat warm in the afternoon.
The kitchen is reasonable equipped, though a dish drainer would be a welcome addition. The lower level kitchen has a refrigerator and sink but no microwave or stove. A microwave would be a nice addition.
We enjoyed our stay and had excellent response from the property managers when questions arose.
I had a great stay at the property. It's a bigger house than I realized from the description. My group consisted of 7 adults, and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean and neighborhood.
My 3 sisters and I enjoyed our stay at this home very much. A little far away from the beach, but the view is wonderful. We ate every meal on the lanai and enjoyed the theater area every night watching movies and TV shows. So you know, the features say "hair dryer" singular. Even though there are 4 bathrooms, there is only one hair dryer.
We liked the location because it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go.
Group of 7 adults, we had a great time on the big Island. Convenient to everything and we gathered on the huge lanai often for meals and in the evening. Could have used shelving or drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again!

The view is amazing. The sunsets, gorgeous! Lots of room for several people and great distance to beaches and town.
The house had a great view and a large patio we used every night. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, and beach toys.
