Great condo in a great centralized location. We enjoyed the space for our family of 5, cleanliness and the amenities. The pool and pool table was fun and having the beach right across the street was great. There were beach towels and coolers and beach gear to use also.
We have stayed at this resort four times now and have been happy with it each time. The units are clean and quiet with a good location.
We had a great stay! Clean and well maintained property. I do wish there were a spare set of sheets for the pull out couch bed, but we were able to use a blanket on top of the mattress. Thank you so much again! Would definitely rrcommend
Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach!
The property was great with a pool, hot tub, pool tables, remodeled unit and the beach across the street. We all had an amazing stay and the property managers contact back asap when you reach out.
The lrimary bedroom did have a comprimised TV and the 2nd bedroom bed wasnt extremely comforable but other than that the unit was equipped eith everything needed for the beach, snorkling, kitchen items, bath items, etc.
Overall, if I wanted to stay by Magic Sands again on my next trip back I would stay at this location.

We had a great stay! The complex is literally right across from the beach, and even when the beach was closed (shark siting and tropical storm warnings) there is a nice pool as well. The unit was really well appointed, with everything we needed. Communication here was also great with the owner and manager. The only downside to our stay here, and it's specific to our stay and unlikely others - was that the dryer wasn't working and they were waiting on a part to fix it. We'd banked on having that, though it all worked out. And again - the communication was outstanding.
I really enjoyed that this place had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, and other items you wouldn't have room to pack in luggage and came in REALLY handy.
Used the BBQ once, but the stove multiple times to save money on food. I also really love that dry and canned goods left behind will be donated!

The unit was promised to be fully remodeled with air conditioning. And at $440 a night I had high hopes. But they were dashed as we arrived with a rusty screen door and inside a very dirty hallway rug that was curled up at the end, and very dangerous to walk over. The air conditioning did not work as promised my heart, and made it very difficult for us to sleep at night as we are not used to the heat and humidity of Hawaii. This is the fourth unit I’ve stayed at in the White Sands complex, and each unit had its own disappointments. In addition, the beach across the street which we had planned on visiting every day had major construction, and all the sand was gone. There was no swimming. We should have been given an option to cancel under these circumstances.

My family really enjoyed our whole month stay here!! The location is really good and the complex was great for the family....pool...pool table...grills...nice people. I mean it's Hawaii, it is hard to be unhappy there. It was SUPER nice that the place was stocked with things such as shampoo, soap, body wash etc..because we had a mix up with our package of toiletries which were not there when we arrived so not having to go out and buy that stuff knowing we would have it in 2 days was an awesome help. I only wish the place had a vacuum because we were there for so long and I liked to keep it clean but with 2 kids....sand is inevitable.I was told I could pay for a cleaning which I turned down. But all of this information was disclosed on the website, so it was nothing I was upset about, I just wanted to help keep the place clean for the owners. (I used to have a rental so I wanted to be respectful) Overall we had an amazing stay and there are zero complaints! The staff got back to me right away when I had a question, the condo is well stocked! We grilled so much by the pool, cooked in the kitchen...there were perfect to-go cups for our fruity beverages...there were spices...all the small things that add up greatly if we would have had to go out and buy. It was great, I miss it already.
