    Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property. Great views, very comfortable just perfect!

    Was further from a beach than expected. It is across the street from the boat ramp but not beach. The condo was a one bedroom two bathroom. Furniture was very dated and well loved. Although bed did not look comfortable it actually was. Couch was a sleeper sofa but would not pull out properly-luckily we did not need it because there was only two of us. If the kids had come there would not have been a place for them to sleep. Couch was not comfortable for sitting as it sinks in the middle. The recliner was comfortable. Was difficult to get tv in bedroom working. Eventually did by the 3rd day. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and kitchenware. The gift bag was nice because we arrived with no food and hungry. Did have beach and snorkel stuff to use. Had a traditional coffee pot. Had blow dryer and shampoo, soap, conditioner, and shower gel. Not much of a beach view. Have to sit at edge of back patio. Loved the food and happy hour specials at nearby Lava Rock Restaurant.

    The condo is great for the most part, fabulous location/view, well equipped and clean. One thing that needs attention is the broken sofa bed - didn’t exactly have fun sticking my hand into the broken hinge when opening/closing every day. Vacasa customer service quite honestly sucked - made 2 calls to local help desk, sent 1 text, and finally 1 email to local manager about fixing the sofa bed with no luck. Nobody showed to fix, no response to email. Gave up after that, but really it’s quite the liability and should be dealt with.

    Very spacious with great amenities. Easy check in/out. Walking distance to the beach, but quite a walk to the nearest restaurant/shop hub so would suggest having a car. It was fairly warm in the bedroom since the ac unit is on other side of the unit, but other than that no complaints!
