Kahana Manor 218 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located North of Kaanapali, on the 1st floor that can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have easy access to the condo as the condominium offers elevator access. The main living area is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and the kitchen has everything you need for dining. The lanai provides a place to enjoy taking in the fresh Maui air. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a portable air conditioner, and large mirrored closet doors. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room and for added convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.
*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by April 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***
Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

Great Place. It is very near to the beach and to most of the island places you need to visit. Since the place is old it needs a few tweaks but a great place to stay.

This was a great apartment suitable for me and my 3 sons. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked and the beds (1 bed, 1 sofa bed) were comfortable. We enjoyed the location - close drives to amazing beaches, a good supermarket and connections across the island. The outside space is small and has no view, but was big enough to hang out towels and swimming costumes. The washing machine was a real asset and had quick settings. Our favourite beaches were Napili and Kapalua for the snorkelling and Kapalaani for the waves for boogie boarding. Thanks very much!

I will not recommend this place for a family who is looking for a comfortable vacation in Maui. Bathroom, sofa bed, chairs etc are in a rundown state. Worst is the bathroom - a broken trash can 😡No central air condition available in this unit. There is a old standing fan in the living room which sucks. We stayed there for 7 days & there was no housekeeping service during the entire stay. Only kitchen is well equipped.

The bed and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen has several appliances. The downside is there is only an air conditioner in the bedroom. The sun comes into the Livingroom window most of the day and makes the space unbearably hot. Also the parking is an assigned spot and someone else parked in it. The management company doesn't address this so we had to find our own parking.

This place could use a little TLC. It’s a bit dreary and a little on the dumpy side. Dryer doesn’t vent to outside, so when using it, you fill the place will hot and humid air from your drying laundry. The couch is kind of dirty.
Generally, I think the property management does its best with what it has. There was expected and normal communication from them about checkin and checkout.
Only the bedroom is air conditioned, with a portable unit. I feel like for the price the entire place could have had A/C and that the dryer could be properly vented.
All that said, it’s not terrible, just not particularly good. It does the job. The location is great though. Just far enough from downtown Lahaina, but just a short drive from everything.
