ALOHA and welcome to our newly decorated luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! We are new to the rental aspect so help us get some recognition as we would love to have you stay with us! Our fully equipped central AC 2nd floor villa, unit #221, is located in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four amazing lagoons. No waiting for an elevator when you want to go to the beach or enjoy the many resort amenities. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, not a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths in over 1300 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean views and mountain views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, Wi-Fi 400mb high speed internet, Roku TV, DVD players, board games/card games and TIC TACK TOE, large flat screen TV's in every room and other high end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There is also 2 reserved underground parking space included with our unit but others can be obtained in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Our Villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, peaceful retreat yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities. This amazing villa is an ideal serene spot to view the beautiful sunsets, the tranquil lagoons, yet walk to so many great restaurants. Paradise!

Great quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool area and coy pond. Beach access was close and easily accessible. Market nearby within walking distance. So relaxing, would highly recommend!

We traveled to Oahu to care for our grandsons, ages 2 & 5. The condo was fully stocked with toys, beach wagon & chairs, umbrella & snorkeling gear. This made for a great experience for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family. We enjoyed returning to the Beach Villas for an evening swim. The kids pool was very safe with a gravel bottom & was separated from the deeper section which made for a relaxing time. There is a poolside bar that served chicken nuggets & smoothies for the kids as well as adult beverages. The villas are located between the Marriott & Disney hotels both of which are very crowded & busy. Restaurants are within walking distance. Neil was very attentive to all of our needs. Thank you for the wonderful family memories!

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for me and my son! Sherry and Neal went above and beyond acquainting us with the property and the area. Very relaxing, clean & inviting. Upscale accommodation and area. Loved the beach lagoon and pool areas. Unit was very well stocked, wagon to carry everything to the beach was a thoughtful touch! The unit would be improved with brighter lighting for the evening in the main living areas & kitchen. We found it to dark to read comfortably in the evening. The safe was brand new, but was never securely mounted, so we were unable to use it. Everything else was wonderful and Sherry, the property manager was very informative and extremely helpful when we had questions. Thank you for helping us to love our stay in Ko Olina!

The place was much better than the pictures, they didn’t justify the actual place. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Sherry was very kind, she not only provided detailed info to the villa but also found us a booster seat to use at the last moment! She also had a surprise cake for my mom’s birthday which was extremely sweet and kind of her. In addition to having Sherry as the nice host, the rental unit had all the beach necessities, all the kitchen wares and toilette items for us to use. And it’s only 2 miles away from Costco and major shopping area! The cove/beach was nice and beautiful, the water was clean and calm. Perfect for little ones to swim in the ocean. The kids had a blast and all of us enjoyed our week there. We’ll definitely contact Sherry if we hit Oahu again! Mahalo for being a great host!
