Susan's condo was spotless, comfortable and exactly as describes. We had to cram a 3 day visit into 2 days so we did not get to relax much in the condo, but it was a very comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Mahalo.
The place was very very clean, comfortable, and all amenities were there. Laundry, towels, everything you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, etc.). kitchen utensils, were all perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

The condo was absolutely perfect for me, my wife, and our 8-year-old son! The location was ideal for getting around Maui, and we loved how easy it was to explore the island. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we made great use of the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and body board—almost daily. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, perfect for starting the day or relaxing in the evening.We also really enjoyed the short five-minute walk to beautiful beaches, which were perfect for watching the sunset. If you're lucky, you can even spot sea turtles up on the shore near the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Center—such a special experience! The property grounds were beautifully maintained, and Susan was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, I appreciated the designated parking spot. It was close to the condo, so carting in groceries was a breeze.
The walkout had a nice lanai, which was shaded from the hot morning sun. It’s located very close to the pool, so that made running back and forth extremely easy.
The pool area was small, but the setting was conducive to meeting other world travelers.
Susan was EXTREMELY accommodating with any questions I had about the unit. Her communication was timely and appreciated.
It was a nice clean unit on the first floor. I texted the owner quickly for the unit number and she got back to me fast. This place is also quick to get to from the airport.

This place is an apt example of home away from home. It has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. It had spacious rooms, plenty of towels, cooking amenities, extras, beach equipments, toys, exactly as described in the property details. Place is walkable to some beaches and short distance drivable to Kama'ole beaches, groceries, restaurants of Kihei. My only small complaint is to do with resort manager who applies rules on non-issues. Example, I was having a morning coffee in the patio and my phone rang and he came running saying its quiet hours (while there was heavy road noise outside, ACs running etc). He started following me in pools etc as if I am an offender. This was a small issue, but kind of bothered a little and we stopped using patio. Nevertheless, I doubt it will happen to others and thus very strongly recommend this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at the condo! Impeccable cleanliness, perfect location, and outstanding amenities made it an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our week on the island. More importantly, property manager Susan went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. When there was an issue with the TV, her son and daughter-in-law immediately came over to rectify the situation. If/when we return for another trip to Maui, we will most definitely choose this property again!
Everything was magnificent!
The place was very clean and well decorated. It was well stocked with basic necessities. The weather was so wonderful that we didn't need to use A/C. Very close to shops and beaches. Communication with the host was seamless. I would highly recommend this location for anybody visiting to Maui. Thank you!
Great location. Easy walk to beach. Lots of amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs & towels, boogie board, 2 small coolers, basic spices & oil, plenty of dishware/cookware/utensils, shampoo/conditioner/soap/dish soap, detergent). Comfortable mattresses. Clean. No ants/roaches/geckos. Pool/hot tub nice - would be nice if closed a little later. Easy to hear people talking outside and neighbors upstairs walking/moving. Lawn care was very loud. Parking numbered but hard to read, especially at night (painted over other writing). Good instructions from property manager helped to find it. Did have issue with someone parking in our spot near end of stay but called property manager who handled the situation quickly such that car was gone within several hours. In general, appreciated the good communication from Susan re: late arrival and parking issue. Overall enjoyed the property and would stay again.
The location is very good, close to beach and nearby shops. The condo is clean and has kitchen and laundry with everything needed, very convenient to use. Parking is also easy. Stayed 6 nights there and enjoyed the trip very much.
Sheltered but right in middle of things. Close walk to beach. Private safe with good pool and hot tub, and quiet.

The pool is not heated, but both the pool and hot tub were clean.
We arrived after a major storm had flooded the area, there was mud and standing water everywhere. The street the complex is on was temporarily closed, but the complex grounds were quickly cleaned up as best they could and the cleaning staff had the unit cleaned up perfectly. I imagine the locals were under extreme stress over the situation. I would say 5/5 for the effort of Susan and everyone involved, it was much appreciated!
The property was a very short stroll from the beach or park area in Kihei. Condo was comfy and felt like home. There is enough room for 4 people. A Queen size bed for two and a couch pull out bed.
The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach & bath towels, even snorkelling gear were a high light for us as we went swimming a lot during our stay.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.
The little things really made a difference. Our host was very responsive if we had any
questions and concerns.
Would recommend staying here. Will most definitely book again with the same host in the future.
