The unit is excellently located, perfectly stocked with all I needed, and so convenient being a ground floor unit. Communication, check in, and a very minor repair all were seamless. There grounds, courts, BBq grills, trash area, and pools were all very well maintained. While the area is quiet and very safe, security was always present, and helpful with answers to my questions. I would stay in this unit again and again.
I am a VRBO newbie and apparently unique in not liking lots of traffic noise, the lanai is 20 feet away from South Kihei Rd with just a hedge separating. The online listing does not mention this and recent reviews do not mention traffic noise as a problem. The only dining table is on the lanai which we were aware of from the photos and had planned to have meals and spend most condo time there, but could not because of the constant traffic noise that includes locals that do not like tourists and play way loud music -- big subwoofers and point speakers out their windows. We had to have meals at the kitchen bar. We could not open the slider for fresh air and there are no windows you can open in the unit. We needed to leave air conditioners running with ceiling fans--I slept with ear plugs. If traffic noise is not an issue for you, than this is a good condo choice. I cannot imagine you will find a better host than Allyse. You are 250 steps from the Charlie Young access ramp and ocean sunsets You are pretty close to parking for luggage transfer. The unit was very clean with an updated well equipped kitchen, nice walk-in shower with lots of towels and comfortable bed, a nice barbeque area that is quite with 2 nice clean Weber grills and dining table is close by
We just really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach from the property. Was very clean and the amenities such and the beach equipment, cooler and all the gear was there. Grilling area was very clean. I’LL BE BACK (Arnold Schwarzenegger)
Location convenient to beaches (right across street) and restaurant options to walk to (Kihea Caffe for breakfast & Cafe O’Lea for dinner). Corner suite in front has been updated as listed. Only downside is condo faces Kihea Drive which can be a bit noisy, but quiet enough at night to sleep well in bedroom which is in back. Would stay again!

Really loved our stay at Maui vista. Location could not be better and apartment was perfect, clean, modern and well stocked for our week long stay. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were a great addition to make life easy. Check in and out process was seamless. Only negative was poor water pressure on hot water but not a big deal for us with all the positives this property came with. Hope to make it back some day!

Great place to stay, directly across from Charley Young Beach. Communication with owner was fantastic and they were quick to respond. Condo was well equipped and very clean. It was hard to find the security guard for after hours check in but once we found her she was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.
Great location - has all the bases covered for a fun visit, beach chairs/umbrella, boogie board, cooler. Has everything needed for a pleasant and great visit!

The place was clean and had everything we could need! Fully equipped and nicely designed. Beach equipment was easily accessible and beach access is 5 minutes away! Washer and dryer were a plus!

We've stayed at multiple units in the Maui Vista complex and this one is hands down the best one! The location is on the ground floor and incredibly close to the parking lot and pool. The unit was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I always judge a place's cleanliness by the bathroom, and the bathroom was very clean. Both the living room and bedroom have AC which was very useful during warm nights. The entire condo has been renovated and updated with the latest appliances. I can't say enough good things about this unit! 10/10 recommend.
Clean, high standard, quiet and has the all the necassary ameneities. The apartment had the perfect location to enjoy what we found to be our favorite place on Maui. Morning walks and a swim on Charley Young Beach is right across the road, and the perfect beginner surf breaks just a few minutes of walking away. Many great places to eat within walking distance. Kihei has a chill atmosphere.

My wife and I stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed the location, cleanliness and upgraded amenities in this condo. It is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, beaches and groceries. The check-in process was a breeze. The condo was well stocked and we really appreciated the air fryer, as it was easy to prepare meals for the two of us. An ottoman or coffee table would have been a welcome addition.
This is our 4th time staying in the Maui Vista condos and hands down this was our favourite condo. A big plus with this condo was the keyless entry. We are very picky people and hard to please. We had a few requests for the owner and she more than met our expectations! Stay here!!!!
We have always loved our stays at the Maui Vista and this unit was no exception. It was centrally located in Kihei, near amazing beaches and easy to walk to restaurants and ABC store! The unit has been beautifully updated with all the basic amenities you need, even shampoo! We were able to communicate with the property owner about any issues and she was very amicable and accomodating! We would recommend this unit to others who come to stay in the beautiful, and chill, Kihei area! Mahalo!
Wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and a beautiful condo to stay in. Extremely well equipped to make anyone’s stay memorable.
The complex is spotless, staff are friendly and there to assist if needed. BBQ area, tennis courts and pool are all steps away.
When you want to check out what Kihei has to offer, you’re only a 10-15min walk away. We highly recommend the condo for your next Maui stay!
