For the cost, this condo is really top notch. Super clean, well appointed and the location is perfect! Just a short walk to a wonderful beach where the sunsets never disappoint. Close to high end shops and golf but also just a short walk to more of a local vibe with great food options and charm. Couldn't recommend enough!

The furniture ( bed, living room and lanai) are old and uncomfortable. But no fear the sound of a prehistoric animal which no one on property knew what was woke us at 6:30 am sharp. This property is close to town ( either driving or walking.) Comminity pool and hot tub is well maintained and clean.
We stayed in this unit during our second visit to Maui Kamaole. Upon arrival the unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, there were a few cockroaches throughout our stay and many teeny tiny bugs in the kitchen, but they were not a big deal. The location of the unit was very convenient for the lower pool and great with kids. The king bed seemed very comfy, but we gave it to the kids and slept on the pull out coach. Comfort-wise it was alright, but it was extremely loud. Turning over in the night felt like you’d wake the whole unit! Also, the AC in the living room did not seem to work correctly and would only come on for about 30 seconds at a time, but very often. Due to that, we hardly used it but the ceiling fans and open slider doors were enough to keep the unit cool. When we visited last year, our unit came with all the necessary beach gear like chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, towels, etc. Unfortunately, this unit only had 2 chairs and an umbrella. This was still very useful, but we ended up buying a few beach towels, a cooler backpack, beach bags and beach toys. We left them with the unit, but I’m not sure they will stay. Hopefully they can be left for future guests to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed as well, though was not stocked with any necessities like tin foil, spices, oils, etc. There were a couple ice packs and ice cube trays which we used daily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return any day.
We had a very nice stay in this unit. A lot of kitchen and other stuff items in this unit. I have never seen that much. The view is very nice with the greeneries, the sun and the ocean in the upper right corner. All was like described, no surprises. I would go back there anytime.
Our family of 4 had a blast at this place, the community is old but very well kept, close to most activities, walking distance to catch sunset, close proximity to great restaurants within couple miles. Would definitely stay at this place again in a heartbeat

What an amazing place to stay for our first trip to Maui. This place had all the features we needed and could have wanted. The view from the lanai is amazing.
Thank you to the staff at Vacasa for being on hand to answer all my questions as they came up. We would absolutely come back for a second stay.
We love the location of the Maui Kamaole. This unit had a relaxing patio that had a view of the ocean and was a peaceful place where I drank my coffee each morning. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return soon.

There were rochas dead and alive in the rooms. When we reached out to express our concerns, no one replied. Completely unprofessional and not as expected.
